Maybe help for people that are new to the forums?

Maybe help for people that are new to the forums? Or a thread or link that would explain how to do things properly. Heres a few things that could be pointed out if something like this were to happen:

- How to get your avatar
- How to even reply!(maybe I was just stupid but took me a while)
- To not make duplicate threads, and to look around first so that you can at least check
- how to edit your signiature

Thats not a lot of things to point out , but just a page like "avatar forums for newbies". It took me a while, and even though I have been here a while I am still learning stuff myself and theres still things that I dont know. Anyway its just a suggestion and I think it could realy help people out, me included.
