Suggestion Include Forum Rules Link in Header/Footer

I guess maybe I'm just an idiot, but I had no idea that there was a post addressing the "rules of the road" for this site until I saw Jeremiah reference and link to it (thanks, Jeremiah!).

Is there any chance it could be included in either the header, the footer, or both? I think it is important that everyone read through and understand the rules so they don't unknowingly commit an infraction, but I had no idea these rules even existed until tonight - after nearly 1000 posts...

If I've missed something, please tell me I'm an idiot and show me where else they can be found.

I support this suggestion. Putting a link to it in the header prominently displays it for everyone to see, so for those who are new, didn't know they existed (), or simply couldn't find them before will be able to locate them.
