How and the heck do I get the forum to work?

Very sorry if this is stupid or already posted but I want the threads that I have posted in to appear somewhere for me to keep track of. How do I do it? Where is the button or folder or whatever?

Sorry if this is stupid or obvious I just want to be able to use the forum.

Where it says "Welcome, Metambi" near the top of the page, click there to get to your profile, and then click on "All Posts" on the left.

To do it in one click, subscribe to the thread when you post your reply (go advanced for the checkbox for this), and then hover over Quick Links near the top of each page to get the Subscribed Threads button.
