On some forums I've seen arcade sections which seem a pretty cool idea when people get a bit bored from posting for a while. Maybe one here would be a good idea.......... or maybe not, just my suggestion thats all
It doesn't usually hurt to add one, if it's implemented correctly. I'm indifferent on this one really (which makes a change for once), I've never been a fan of arcades but it wouldn't really bother me if one was added anyway.

Arcades can sometimes slow down the whole site, although this may not be an issue with our new server. I'm neutral on this.
I'm looking for one that works for vBulletin 4.x
