Save for this guy-Dr. Lector. YouTube - ‪THE SILENCE OF THE LAMBS: Senator Ruth Martin meets Hannibal Lecter‬‏

Imagine him on Pandora. "Excuse me dear Neytiri, but I'm having an old friend for dinner. Ta ta."

Neytiri meanwhile is puking after he told her some of the things he did to others who crossed paths with him.

although it's possible, i completely disagree. Pandora is too good for convicts, even if they are confined to the inside of Hell's Gate. they can rot in a prison back on the dying planet :D

Earth is way overpopulated to begin with. Where else could they go? Nobody wants such sick and nasty people around in the first place.

well i highly doubt RDA is willing to spend money to send convicts to Pandora (it takes 6 years and the space is needed to send RDA employees) earth is over populated and since these are convicts, i'm sure human rights in 2154 earth have gone to **** so i would think the death penalty has been put into effect in many countries. not only that but i mentioned this in my fanfic and that is in 2154 because crime rates are so high (in particular murder) and since earth is over populated, the law does a poor job in solving homicide cases so killers can easily get away with it.

I do wonder what would happen should someone like Hannibal Lector popped up in Hell's Gate? "Oh and Neytiri just one more thing. Love the flowers. " Hey, Hopkins is one of my favorite actors. I'm currently sketching him on Pandora.

Criminall colony on Pandory? We have a precedence in the pas... Australia and America was used also as criminal colonyes, but is here big BUT. As tm20 said, sending one criminal to Pandora is very, very, very expensve fun... and there any company want reliable peoples, and company no want anyone who potencionaly can threate security and discipline in mining process, over four light years far from earth in very hostile and agressive environment.

I have reason to assume, that no one fraction, or company dont do it.

extraterrestrial criminal colonyes can exist at most on Mars, moons of Saturn and Jupiter...

    Sorry for my horrible english

yeah, why didnt i think of that. send those criminals to mars or the moon XD or just cram them into a container, making them think they are being transported to mars or moon, but then dump the container in space and let it drift to where ever it may roam :D

I'd shot them, rather then put them in a prison, saves space ( lol )

Sending convicts to Pandora in 2154 would be about as practical as sending them to the International Space Station today Just WAY too expensive.
