    Yeah I got that but I felt it was worth pointing out the different experiences.

    It probably helps that I never eat at places like McDonalds etc.

    The only fast food I get is Subway, which doesn't count because it is just a sandwhich, and occasionally Pizza or Thai takeout. The majority of my meals are home cooked.

    I do drink alot of Coke though.

    Well, all my meals are home-cooked. No thanks for fastfood of any kind.

    I can't disagree that I like hamburgers, and I'm sure I will eat some tomorrow when Im with a friend having a gaming/movie marathon but still I prefer real food. Shot by someone I know, and made by someone I know.

    @sanjwale
    Yes! I don't condemn fast food, I just don't have any cravings for it ever. Thank god. There are so many reasons why I'd rather eat home cooked food.
    And with meat, I guess that's simply a personal thing now.

    About synthetic meat made from human "sheet" - I don't get why it would be so gross.
    I hardly think it would be, like Omatikaya said, "**** tasting lite meat", but rather meat "grown" from the nutrients in excrement, just like everything we already grow. -.-' (Fertilizing crops or gardens with cow dung, anyone?)

    What do you think the rest of our food (not meat) grow out of? Dirt? That's right! And what's dirt made of?
    Crap! Plus fermented remains of dead organisms, and some other stuff. Not very "fresh".

    But I guess some would be very grossed out by it. Especially those that think milk is made in factories, and that meat in stores is not from animals.

    Earth, is one thing. We use sheet as fertilizer on our plants. What you're saying is fertilizing the sheet its self, with more sheet, quite different.
    Mmm, still doesn't sound yummy to me.

    But it's just made from something else. All food has been crap in the past, and all the water we drink has been in countless bladders of all sorts of animals... that's yucky too?

    I don't get this... It's like when Little Suzie wanted us to stop eating Eggs, one of the best most complete foods on Earth, by telling us how disgusting it is describing the organics of it. It doesn't work, we just eat it.

    What you don't understand is, I Hate the idea of 'creating' new food. Just the word 'synthetic' sounds wrong to me. Pooh is pooh, not meat. It helps grow Vegetables, not meat.

    ^ some time ago, those amazing( yet over the top sometimes?) Japanese scientists were working on making artificial "meat" from human waste. They are debating on whether it is "nasty" or not compared to how food is made/grown now. In my opinion if it gets to the point where we have to use our own poo as a food source then we probably have blown it. Sorry but I just can't get on board with the poo-meat project.
