My dad had this book on the making of the lord of the rings and I was bored so I started to read it. The stuff they did was amazing. You know Orthanc, that look incredibly realistic yet the model used for Orthanc was no taller than me.

Weta is just incredible.

WETA was not the only studio that worked on Avatar, there were many studios around the world who all contributed to it's awesomeness! they all deserve credit for the hard work they put into it. but yea WETA ofcourse did a great job.
