Avatarfanboy is correct, I was about to post that just now lol. That is the final draft of the script and in fact what he says in the movie...I listened carefully last night when I saw it
yeah, I know this thread is old, and the DVD hadn't come out yet..but it does say, "kiss the darkest part of my lily white" BUT the reason I visited the forum was to see what in the heck that meant...I mean, I can put my mind in the gutter and realize it's something sexual...but the movie takes place in the 22nd century, and plus, the colonel says all kinds of things that makes no sense to me. So, I ask, what does it mean?
It means quite literally to "Kiss my *******." or just "Kiss my ***."
Playing the movie with subtitles and you will get: Kiss the darkest part of my lily white...
And if you should trust someone, trust the subtitles

Kiss the darkest part of my lily white is correct. I interrept "kiss my lily white" to mean "kiss my 4$$". Rather I think he literally meant "lick my 4$$*O*3". Way worse than the former.
#2 definition on Urban Dictionary pretty much sums up what this term means.
