Pandora rules are similar to Monopoly rules, but slightly different. The outcome varies because with Monopoly you can just end up in jail as one of a few worst case scenarios, which is no big deal, where as Pandora will apparently; “S*** you out dead with zero warning.” That's defiantly something to be mindful of...

1: Keep your exo-mask with you at all times.
2. Don't get lost in the woods
3. Don't go finding yourself some local tail.
4. Don't forget which team your playing for.
5. Always be back for dinner.

It's hard to make out what Quaritch says because of Jake's voice-over, but it sounded like "Keep your exo-pack with you at all times." Which is ironic because no one seems to obey that rule, not even Quaritch. Except when they are actually outside, no one seems to be carrying an exo-pack when we see them
