    Default The most emotional scene...

What do you guys think was the most emotional scene in the movie? I am going to be honest, the destruction of hometree was pretty sad. The music, the expressions, and just the feeling of loss were incredible. I feel like there are plenty of those scenes in the movie. What was the most emotional to you?

    ofc
    1)saving Jake from suffocating
    2)Jake was choosing a Na'vi woman
3)Protecting Jake's avatar when he got unplugged
4)when Jake tells Neytiri to run and not to fight against the whole army

The whole movie was great in this aspect, but heres just a few that always stand out to me, both happy and sad

    1. When Jake and Neytiri "choose" each other under the tree of wishes (or souls)
    2. The destruction of Hometree
    3. When Jake runs for the first time
    4. Neytiri finds Jake on the floor and they say "I see you" to each other
"Sometimes your entire life boils down to one insane move"

Yea, hometree's fall was so sad.

Another emotional scene, in a good way, was when Neytiri holded Jake in his human form.

Well, I thought the scene where Jake first runs in his avatar body was pretty emotional. You can't even begin to imagine how he feels.

Also, when Jake first tells the people (and Neytiri) that he was sent to deliver the message... Neytiri was devastated. The one she trusted, the one she fell in love with had betrayed her people. Also, I'm sure the clan wasn't too happy with this news... they trusted Jake enough to let him into the clan, and he turns out to be a human traitor. (Or so it would seem.)

HAHA you just about summarized it for me. Sitting here, though, I also think that after the first viewing, I get emotional at the very beginning. It's like, how he talks about his dreams of flying and the line "One life ends, another begins." All I can think is, you have no idea.
