Has anyone thought of all the toys left behind?

Two thoughts on this:

With the RDA out and hopefully not returning, there could be a science community established as link between Earth and Pandora. Hell’s Gate could be a University extension site of sorts. The base could be dismantled of its Military and Industrial components and those wishing to study the planet would be allowed to come in. This could be one scenario.

The scientists left behind would most likely begin cloning Avatars for those who do not have them. These people could then slowly integrate into the Navi communities as Jake did. It would seem that the technology is there and that the Base would sustain itself for some time with minimal preventive maintenance.

The weapons in the jungle, even if you could find them in the brush, would likely rot and disappear.

Hmm, I dunno, why would the Navii agree to humans returning to Pandora at all for any reason after what they just experienced at the hands of the "sky people"? Seems like the general opinion of the Navii would be to ban humans from Pandora for the forseeable future and attack any ship that even attempts to land.. That would have been my recomendation to the native american indians when Columbus landed in the "new world".
Even if they have the facilities available to do it cloning an avatar would be a long involved process 6-10yrs.? Are all these people just going to transfer themselves permantently to their Avatars via Ewa & just trash their human bodys? Will it be that easy to pass through Ewa & be permanently in your avatar? I don't think it will be quite that easy, I'm not sure it's a "given" that it will work for everyone.
Do you think there is going to be some sort of "Battle Royal" between earth/humans & pandora/navii in either of the sequels? Certainly there will be further conflict & adventure in the sequels but do you think J.C. intends to ulimately resolve the conflict between the humans and the Navii with a final epic confrontation?
