it is one of the deleted scenes on the Avatar CE,titled The Challenge,where Jake faces off against Tsu'tey using long wooden sparring/jousting poles,and the Trudy/Quarritch/Norm scenes are cut through the fight sequence. this deleted scene is on both the Blu-ray and dvd CE versions.
