Obviously it isn't strictly real-world we're talking about, no, because Pandora is a fictional world and everyone here knows that, but the point of the OP was to consider it very seriously. If you were presented the opportunity, would you? Lot of people are saying yes. Me, the only fantasies I've wished were real really correspond to real life, relating to my future plans and career. Outside of that, I don't exactly wish fantasy were made real; I think a lot of people glorify fantasy and science fiction universes without considering the harsh aspects that would make it a difficult world to live in and really weighing pros and cons. Most fictional worlds are built for a conflict. Pandora applies to this. And thanks.

Me, I would love to fly an Ikran through the floating mountains. Talk about Uber X-Games! I would hang out with the Ikran people of the Eastern Sea, do a little flying, check out the surf and you know I will be hitting on their Olo'eyktan! Grrrrrrrrr.
Oh, if I've given the impression that I'm being angry or annoyed or anything, then I'm sorry. I'm having fun with the thread, I just like to discuss things pretty seriously I guess. I have fun with that. xP Just presenting my answer to the thread's questions and why; I really wouldn't choose to live on Pandora, and I suppose some part of me questions why someone would given all the downsides.
