Theory about Eywa/Unobtanium

I think that the unobtanium and Eywa is the same thing because the Na'vi don´t know somethig of superconductors and that is Unobtanium. so my theory is that the ore is everywhere in the ground of Pandora and the all the trees also the tos are standing on that ground that includes the Unobtanium wich make it possible that the trees can comunicate with each other like grace said when talking to That RDA guy. This theory also makes sense because below the Hometree of the Na'vi clan the concetration is much more higher that everywhere else.

Just an Idea how it can be not must.
