Creatures not seen on Pandora
I wonder if the stuff the movie showed was all that is known of life on Pandora or is there more? I'd hate to run into a Pandora version of a crocodile or a shark.
Oh, there is definitely more, from the game(although I don't know how much more, haven't played it and not going to), from the survival guide, and I'm sure JC hasn't yet released all his ideas to the public yet.

Yeah there has to be more as yet to be put on film.
It's been stated that there is a lot more. Hopefully, we will see a lot more of it in the future.

Yeah i think there's a whole bunch of creatures we didnt see, like the sturmbeasts for example (at least i didnt see them :P) but i think is good that we havent seen everithing already, because it gives space for a lot of new experiences in the future :D
there are defenetily way more creatures. the game had some interesting ones. this is what i know from playing the game and reading the activist survival guide (which is very interesting. i recomend it)
-sturmbeest (a giant buffalo with a horn)
-MANY variations of viperwolves, some turn invisible O_O
-slinger, it's head detaches and spears its prey, it sends a signal and the body comes and picks it up and rejoins
-medusa, a giant floating jellyfish filled with gas
-glow worms
-there are 2 types of banshees: forest banshees and mountain banshees. we saw mountain banshees. forest banshees are smaller
-dinicthoid, 1m long fish with powerful jaw and big fins
-stingbat, a small flying creature (although it's 1.2m in wingspan!)
-teylu, a worm the na'vi eat. main source of protein for na'vi

well, if you really think about it, there are MILLIONS of species here on earth that science has yet to discover. We saw no more than 10 to 15 species of animals on Pandora. The slinth was mentioned in Empire as the creature that gave Quaritch his scars. According to the original scriptment, the slinth was a very dangerous creature similar to a tiger in it's ecological niche.
I would like to see some more insects, sea animals, other animals of the rainforest. I would like to see the Pandoran version of a panda bear or a rabbit.
