Anyone know anything about the Avatar novel? I've got the collectors edition DVD but i really want to read the book too.

Well don't bother with the Na'vi Quest, since it's written for around a seven-year-old. The cover art is the best thing about it.

i think thats what the OP was talking about. James Cameron is writing a novel that explains the evens leading up to the movie and its meant to cover ALOT. should be coming out sometime in 2011

Last we heard, James was concentrating on the novel with a hopeful release date between Jan-March 2011.
I really hope that this is still what's going to happen, as I 'm really hanging out for it as well.
