Get creative with Avatars

Here's your chance to shine as a creative artist by creating your own collection of Avatars to be featured here on Avatar Forums!

Sadly our generic group of 16 sloppy Avatars leads a lot to be desired. Someone please put them out of our misery and refresh them, update them, and share them with the community.

I opened up the sub directory so you can see them all there. They're sad, alone, mis-understood, in search of a creative wiz, perhaps like you, who can bring them back to life!

Download as many as you like, add your creative flair to them, them please re-attach them to this thread. I'll import them into the system for everyone to use - replacing those mi-understood ones.

Now the cool part. Please add to the mix! Create your own group of Avatars, your own collection; it doesn't have to be large. but it does have to conform to these specifications:

Size: 120 x 120 pixels
File Type: PNG
Filename: (describe in lower case, what the Avatar is, in under 25 characters.) For instance: neytiri-horseback.png, pandora-nightsky.png

Offer a name for your collection: For instance: Lon's Fantasy Avatars

Attach them to this thread. If you create a collection (remember it doesn't have to be huge), I'll import the whole collection in to the forum using your collection name. So when members select an Avatar, they'll be able to choose from your collection and your work can shine throughout the forum.

I have a bunch of Neytiri avatars.. but they are slightly bigger then 120 x 120 since it will be automatic resized into that

Is there any sort of deadline? School has been keeping me quite busy recently, but I'm sure I can get a few done.

And, it wasn't specifically stated if you could come up with your own from scratch (I do digital painting). But you never said we couldn't, so I assume this is fine? :P

first I tought you need to change the original one's but you can make your own.
I think I will make some of jake and not neytiri. everybody already using neytiri

That's a good question. There's no deadline!

That's absolutely fine, be as creative as you like - in fact I encourage it. Show us something no one has seen before!

File names should all be saved as lower case.

For instance: Neytiri-Shadows.PNG should be named neytiri-shadow.png

That saves me some time in having to rename the images before I import them.

with a file name under 25 characters. The file name will be used as the title. So for instance if you want to call it neytiri godess, name the image file: neytiri-godess.png
