Default The suffixes 'yu' and 'tu'

Really I'm starting to think I'm the only one who post anything anymore..anyway I was reading a peice of "Na'vi in a nutshell" by NeotrrekerZ and it says...
The suffix -yu is attached to a verb in order to form a noun representing the person who performs the verb:
to hunt taron taronyu hunter (literally, one who hunts)to weave täftxu täftxuyu weaver (one who weaves)

    The suffix
-tu attaches to a noun to mean the person who does/makes the noun, similar to the way -yu
    works on verbs:
visual art reltseo reltseotu artist (one who makes visual art) part hapxì → hapxìtu member

This is a bit confusing to me...Can you mix tu and yu up..like for instance it gives the example 'reltseo' or Art turns into reltseotu or Artist. Now why couldn't I turn 'reltseo' into 'reltseoyu'? I guess what I'm asking is what is the real difference between these two, and can they be used interchangeably? I just don't get it.

If it's about Learning Na'vi topics, then yeah I agree partly, as personally I haven't seen many Na'vi language discussions in a few months here, but there is TONS of threads to read about it, and if you ask anyone that speaks the language I'm sure they'll help you.
There's also forums made on purpose for discussing, some even skype in na'vi LoL No joke, I had a friend here quite a while ago that had invited me to a webcam chat with them :O I didn't go because I was Rubbish! Anyhow on topic lol I can't answer your technical question, but for what I studied I found there's many 'mixtures' you can make in Na'vi, and frequent cases of more-than-one infixes or suffixes in a single word.
