Question about Navi design

I remember reading something (in the Survival Guide perhaps?) that due to Pandoras special geology, fossils don't "store" well, so paleontologists wouldn't have much to do, I'm afraid.

And as for all this "Na'vi evolved from cats", "they shouldn't have boobs, it makes no sense", etc... I wish Sim Koning on YouTube still had his video "Alien boobs" up, it containted a good explanation about Na'vi evolution.
He said he was planning to make new videos that would be less Avatar-centric but with the same "message".
Until then, I can at least post this one.

The whole question with the fossils may be because of Pandora's volcanic nature, but even then there should be some trace fossils somewhere.

whe all are good in something. and be fair. the boobs are the biggest... wrong word. are one of the best parts of a body
