i doubt they would like most of the music. tribal music is very simple, consisting of percussion, singing and maybe one or two other instruments. they may be able to relate to tribal earth music but as for other stuff created by modern society, i doubt it XD although i would definitely share modern music with them.
There are many dangers on Pandora, and one of the subtlest is that you may come to love it too much.

Well, I think it's hard to say ^_^ Tm20 is right, But I don't agree 100 % meaning, they probably could like a modern tune anyway, since Music, isn't really about the age it was made I think, if the melody is right and beautiful, it just is, regardless the instruments I believeBut, if it's about habits then Tm is totally right, the difference would be quite big to accept and appreciate ^_^ I can't imagine Neytiri listening to Wiz Khalifa honestly, but the music, the actual tune, might be appealing, for example :D

"Music, Is What Feelings Sound Like"
Certain human tribal music they'd probably like. The 1994 Space Shuttle documentary has some of that type of music in it. Look The Space Shuttle (1994)- Part 1/10 - YouTube I like the music in this documentary too. Too bad it was never made into a soundtrack. :( Also http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kpipq...eature=related

Most modern music would freak them out, but if they knew English, they might be interested in some of the lyrics, they wouldn't like the songs about fighting and killing so much I would think anyway, but they might be suprised to hear human songs about romance and other positive messages. Something that I find funny is that on "Avatar the Game" some of the Na'vi in the villages occasionally apper to "moonwalk" I don't know if anybody else has had a chance to notice this but it is kind of odd looking.
i would play for the Na'vi,the complete James Horner Avatar Motion Picture Soundtrack.![]()

Do you think the Na'vi would like the sound of classic instruments, such as violin or piano? I think yes, but I don't believe they would approve the effort to play those instruments. Maybe they think analyze and categorizing music is a waste of time and could use better to enjoy the beauty of music?
I wonder how they would react to Red Army Choir.....
