Of course the Na'vi have humor; any functioning and sane society must have a sense of humor, or they would internally combust (dear lord, check any culture that doesn't have a sense of humor). Heck, it's actually mentioned in the Survival Guide.
And I'm going to say that some Na'vi have "he's a sxwang" jokes...
It means "Wind Rider" in Na'vi.
