ma neytiri, I'm afraid you're information is old. For one thing the adverb is rä'ä, secondly, li isn't a word, lì was thought to be (based on lì'u, lì'fya etc.) but Frommer has now said that it doesn't exist, the nearest to the supposed meaning of lì would be plltxe (san).
Also, just checking some of the grammar, you are intending it to be an imperative aren't you?
If no, you should use ke not rä'ä and if yes, skxawng would need to take the vocative marker, "ma".

NaVi has found a very practical use, as you probbly know people are using it to break the cultural langage barrier, learnnavi.org has groups doing just that.with people from Russia and the United States communicating with no knowlage of each others native langage. Paul former was very impressed when he heard about this fact and if you look up the Paul Former speaks thread in this forum he mentions that issue.
