What I think JC has purposely done, is create a film to awake a certain few and show them exactly what we, as a world are doing wrong. I mean, I too felt really weird after seeing Avatar and even after a couple of days, I'm a little bit depressed as well; but there's no need to hide it.
See the film as an eye opener, JC has created a world which he wishes we all could relate to, and to a few of us, it has shown us that by treating our planet with respect, we too can/could create a paradise.

I know this may not offer any help as such, but I hope it allows others to see that there not the only ones affected. So for that reason, I hope I have helped:D

I am not trying to be offensive, but you may actually want to see someone if you are having suicidal thoughts. All I feel is a slight depression, easily fixed by seeing it again or coming here. We desire to live there, but that does not mean life is not worth living.
