    Default Na'vi punishment

What would the na'vi do if some na'vi were to do stuff that is outside of their normal culture, such as, have multiple sex partners? have same sex relationships? speak out against EYWA?, speak out against tribal chiefs?
leave the clan to form new ones based on their beliefs?
In general do anything against normal na'vi culture.

These DO NOT INCLUDE SERIOUS CRIMES LIKE MURDER RAPE, THEFT VANDALISM ASSINATION ECT.!

Same sex pairs is ok by their views. It is not uncommon, but it does happen.

(I agree though, the Navi seem pretty free thinking)

Actually, from Pandorapedia, at least when I last checked on it, it stated that some serious crimes are dealt with in a rather harsh way (speaking in Na'vi terms though, not for humans). The queue of a criminal Na'vi is cut off. Now considering that's how the Na'vi are able to do most of their communications and stuff, connecting with Eywa, that's a pretty steep punishment. I think it would be pretty much reserved for some very horrific crimes, such as murder or rape.
It means "Wind Rider" in Na'vi.

It's unlikely to see many bad apples in a society that has no poverty or neglect. Given that most Na'vi females are as powerful and skilled as males the act of rape by a single individual would be a big dice roll for the attacker(imagine someone try to rape Neytiri, good luck finding his corpse). A mentally ill Na'vi serialkiller-too many redflags in his or her personality would be waving and not ignored or overlooked like in our society.

I think ego based problems would be the norm, anything else would be nearly as rare as Toruk Makto.

they have to sit in the naughty corner for an hour. no, probably some sort of physical punishment like getting whipped or hit with an object, or they get extra work to do. maybe even execution.

you can see when jake is getting "transported" to the home tree for the first time that they are holding jakes queu with a knife under it. so it could be. but I think you really have done something really wrong.
