Accidental Tsaheylu

I think it is like breathing. when you don't pay attention on it it "doesn't" work. but when you want to make tsaheylu you "noticed" it.

(to be sure, now I'm talking about breathing, you notice now that you are breathing manually, )

Agreed with J'ak and others here. I doubt you could tsaheylu by accident... just as I doubt you could do 'it' by accident, Is it possible? Maybe... under some weird random circumstance, but I doubt it

Yes, it is possible. It's called "sexsomnia". I don't think that accidental tsaheylu is a option. I don't have proofs but I think that they would protect there braids carefully if it would be possible.
