I'd assume the soldier is about 5'11" or so. That'd make Neytiri almost 12 feet tall, when I think she's more around 9 feet.

Well in all the reference I could see, all humans get as high as hip level with all na'vi. I used a pic in one of the books that looks close to scale.

Thanks. I got more planned. I've often tried to draw an accurate view of a human next to Neytiri,but there is limited reference to go on. There is the shadow outlines in the two pages of The Making of book as well as the Avatar survival guide that shows the size of everything seen in the movie. Then there is this reference pic I noticed http://i385.photobucket.com/albums/o...riSizeComp.jpg I don't know if it's accurate, but it's all I have as a guide.
