Why is this even a poll. Quaritch kills everyone but Chuck three times before you can get the video camera ready. Then after you get rolling he goes to look for Chuck cause after he killed Master Cheif and Kratos, he ran to hide.

Okay, I'll be realistic... Assuming these all just fleshy humans like you and I that will not survive a barrage of bullets when unprotected... Master Chief wins.
Kratos gets shot = dead. Chuck gets shot = dead. Master Chief gets shot = bullets deflected/absorbed by energy shield.
So that just leaves Quaritch and Chief... Chief tosses sticky grenade on AMP suit...DONE, lol
