Well I imagine Norm or Jake or somebody would be able to tell them (if bringing her back goes that route, anyway) how an avatar body works...but I think the best way for her body to be kept monitored or placed somewhere would be back in the lab or in a tank, or in stasis of some sort. The real question would be why keep her body around; nobody else can drive/use it technically. Sure, I suppose they could for the sake of her memory, but other than that...not much else.

good idea but what if one of the other NaVi got a vision from eywa to keep and take care of it. maybe attatch the queqe to the tree of souls or sumthin.

Well, if we see a witty, sarcastic and smoking woodsprite hovering around Jake and Neytiri in the sequel, I'm sure that'll be Grace.



All kidding aside, it might well happen, that there is a way in which her spirit can be downloaded into her Avatar body (and keeping that alive shouldn't be a problem, since the Hell's Gate biolab wasn't shown to be destroyed... they just keep her body safe and sound in one of those amnio tanks and if the time is right - which we'll know by a specific sign from Eywa and someone again saying "Aungia lo lu" - the two are reconnected).

I have said this before- I think Grace is so valuable to the RDA as she is the formost botanist on all things Pandora, she ran the school to teach the Na'vi and her and Mo'at were friends. For these reasons I think RDA would have a backup Avatar for her. Maybe in a basement secret lab that only a few know about. Like the scientist with the dark curly hair, beard and glasses. Sorry I forget his name. She was always out in the wilds of Pandora taking samples so the odds were high something might happen to her. Now the question is can she be down loaded thru EYWA back into an avatar body ?

this maybe stretching it quite far, but what if the transfer was successful? it's just that there's a delay for her to wake up. i still don't understand why that rainbow tunnel (when humans link to avatars) was shown if she did die, there has to be some significance of that. maybe she wakes up in the second one :O

ooooooooooooooooooooohhhhhhhhh!! theres a thought! that sounds pretty realistic. or like her passing through the eye of Eywa took some time. maybe eywa and Grace learned from each other along the way.

Yes, ofcourse I agree She is great ^_^ I thought she was too harsh with Jake in the linker rooms at their first meeting, but thats because she cares so much about the Avatar program, and she was worried, i'ts normal, she'd doing her job, but she's actually following her way of life She didn't know, as no one did, she was talking to Toruk Makto

I don't thinks so. In the "Making of Avatar" DVD from the box set, she acts out a couple scenes that she had in the movie, but she doesn't actually have a cigarette in her hand.
