Avatarred myself

Well, I tried to properly avatarise myself, and it didn't work out too well. If anyone who is good at avatarisation could help me out, I'd greatly appreciate it. Also, it just couldn't do the nose, I ended up looking like a clown :(

Nice work so far, I know why you don't want to do the nose, It's really difficult, especially from an angle other than head-on.

Just cut them out, stick them on and blend them in .

As for the nose, I cheated a little and used the tip of Jake's nose off the first pic, positioned it so the tip covered the end of my nose entirely, clone stamped my old nostrils away and then made the nose look a little flatter. Then I just added some shadowing in the nostrils.

Really nice work so far though, keep at it!

I did try again, added a na'vi ear and tried the nose.

Hey for the nose it's normal, it's quite difficult to liquify/deform when it's not a plain-front picture. Besides you have hair close to the upper part of the nose that needs the most "moving" to the sides so it doesn't help, making it even more difficult.
So yeah, don't be ashamed of not being able to make the nose easily. Either you try on another pic of you seen from plain front, or then you use the old-jedi ways : patience, do and redo, and more patience and eventually you'll get it right !

the nose needs to be wider, the hair should be swept back to revele the forehead,you should you black not blue for the pattern lines on the face, do less glowing dots on the face, increase the size of them slightly

If I may be as so bold, I would say the ears need to be a bit bigger and slightly higher up on your head. Looking good though.

there has to be more space between eyes, so nose can be wider at the top, and thiner at bottom. eyes also have to be rounder and ears have to be higher
