Default What will be the dominant language in Avatar II

Now that jake has fully become Na'vi by shedding his human body, what will be the overall dominant spoken language, since most of the Na'vi (with the exception of Neytiri and Mo'at) do not speak English. Will Jake solely speak Na'vi around Neytiri? or will he still continue to speak in English. Maybe both?

I think it would be great if he spoke more Na'vi as it would add even more vocabulary and intricate design to the language.

I think that apart from when Jake is talking with any of the humans that were allowed to stay behind the only language spoken will be Na'vi. The thing I've been wondering is how many more scientists were allowed to stay on Pandora from the ships that would have arrived after the Ventura Star

Theres going to have to be quite a bit of English Id assume or it may turn off the average fan. We are a bit more hardcore around here than your average person lol.

I think it comes down to the scope of the sequels. If JC writes a very Na'vi-centric story, I expect quite a bit of Na'vi dialog. If JC goes the route of exploring other moons, the oceans, following those pesky humans to and from Earth, etc., I would expect somewhat less Na'vi content. I sure hope he develops a rich, character-based story and doesn't lose focus on the franchise: Jake and Neytiri.

From the updates I have heard from the Cameron camp, there are two very likely stories to come forth:

    1. There will be more exploration of Na'vi culture in the sequals
    2. The humans will be back

So I'd assume that both languages will have screentime at equal intervals.
It means "Wind Rider" in Na'vi.

"Wall-mounted keyboards? It must be THE FUTURE!"
    - Crow, MST3K "Space Mutiny"

"They set out from Plymouth and landed IN Plymouth! How lucky is that?!"
~ Eddie Izzard "The First Thanksgiving"

"There are many dangers on Pandora, and one the most stubtlest is that you may come to love it too much."
    - Dr. Grace Augustine, "Avatar"

I was thinking about this yesterday, there's going to be a lot of new characters in the upcoming film seeing how many major ones died, Na'vi and human, in the last film.

I would have to think what you said is right, lots of Na'vi and lots of English. I like the Na'vi language but I don't want to read subtitles the whole movie and I don't think JC would do that.
