Full scale military RDA invasion

What do think would happen if the RDA sent a bunch of ISV with like 250'000 men heavly armored AMP suits with mini guns, jets ,helicopters, and accual heavy tanks. In the next movie(s).

That's just it. That is the first thought that the RDA would think off, or create an army of Avatar Na'vi.
It would seem unlikely that they would give up, unless the cost of doing this would far outwiegh the profit, if the venture was unsuccessfull.

What's stopping them from taking action from the upper atmosphere, far less risky.
In the end it is the profit margins that count to the RDA, and perhaps this will be answered in one of the sequels.

Meh, I wouldn't go with an "Avatar Army", those things were supposed to be really expensive. I'm thinking that they would bring in more air support, maybe some fixed wing aircraft.

If humanity ever really took an interest to invade Pandora would be screwed. But that's the thing. The RDA may be the most powerful corporation on earth but has far less manpower than a full fledged military.And unlike a company a military would not be concerned with profits. Likely though it would take years upon years to build that many ISV's to do that and the RDA would not be able to hide what it was doing than. I think the RDA would most likely try to introduce a biological agent to kill all the na'vi or heavy poisons and stuff like that.

The RDA can carry at most 200 men per ISV, and with a total of 12 ISVs, the RDA can only muster 2400 men with maybe some AMP suits. Considering that it will take at least ten years to get that many men on Pandora, and that it won't be possible to transport heavy weapons like gunships, a full scale war is highly unlikely. Unless the RDA can create more ISVs (unlikely, because they need unobtainium to contain the matter-antimatter annihilation), an invasion will fail.
