I remember when I first saw the full trailer for the first movie, being that I missed it during E3 that year when Cameron presented it. I was watching Bloodsport with Jon Claud Van Dam on VS channel. The preview would come on EVERY time the movie went to commercial break. I recorded that entire movie just for those previews cuz when I saw them, it just got me really excited, especially when Quaritch said "They are very hard to kill," and it showed Neytiri drawing back an arrow. This was about 2 months before it came out and I tell you what, that was the longest and most painful two months I have ever lived. I got so excited that I actually drove to the movie theaters a week before it came out, thinking it came out that Friday. I was pissed, but while I was there, I just went ahead and preordered the ticket. To be honest, more than anything, I was scared it wasn't going to be good b/c the trailer didn't tell too much and it was getting alot of negative "PREVIEWS". So, would I watch the Avatar 2 trailer? ........................Yeah, I would. The pain and wait was more than worth it.

I think that even if I'd like the total surprise, that i'd watch the trailer ^_^ after waiting almost 5 years, I mean, it's so diffeent now, for Avatar, I didn't have a clue what it was, and I didn't even wanna watch it! LOL but now, I can't imagine how excited i'll be when it'll just be comin out at the cinemas! In fact, there's a problem that just came up in my mind, and now I realize, it ain't even a small problem :/ I live in Italy, and here, films come out later, definitely later than U.S. so i think I'll have to stay off AF or something until I see it! heck sounds weird, but i'll have too, I don't want it spoilt a single tic ^_^

I had a friend named Corey Wooten that thought Avatar sucked, even though he never watched it. After about the 4th week of it being in theaters, I forced him to watch it. His reaction was priceless. He was like, "Lucas! How could you keep this from me for so long. I thought we were pals, than you wait 4 weeks to show me the best movie ever!"
At first I was annoyed, but we laughed about it before he got shipped out to Iraq.

To bring this back up, I found something quite interesting. It leaves no potential ridicule untold, and makes fun of Cameron and the script... but I found it funny as hell, just because I know all the references:

what annoys me is they had to TELL US how long we have to wait!...it's like a kid in October counting the hours till Christmas...unbearable and SLOW!
