thanks for posting this,Suzy. one of the things i continue to love about the Avatar Experience,is the ability of the film to convey a message of the natural world and our responsibility to it such as co-existence and giving back, and doing this without being preachy or overbearing in message. i hate preachy movies, and prefer subtle nuance and context, and Avatar does this exceedingly well.

thanks,James Cameron,Jon Landau, and the Avatar production team. *raises redbull toast*

Thankyou very much Suzy great article... I really loved this thing he said especially...

--- "The way they think and the way they feel that they are (in a way) tasked by destiny to be the protective spirits of their rainforest, of their world. They are the people who speak for the natural world and we need to listen to them for a number of reasons" - James Cameron ---

Irayo, Suzy, for posting the link to that interesting article/interview with JC and Jon Landau. Avatar's impact and importance in environmental issues, and how it could help the cause of indigenous peoples in the Amazon and elsewhere, is just amazing.

I remember the first time I watched Avatar almost 2 years ago. The affection of the film over me was unlike any other. It was so... emotional. Ah such great memories. Even now and then I still think about it, just pops in my thoughts. I thought I had forgoten this great place. Haven't been here for quite a while Thanks for sharing the info
