When you hurt the environment, you are hurting your own habitat. If we push it too far, soon we will not have a habitat.

I agree, there is no good reason to needlessly exploit the resources of the planet.

Here is a problem, we tell a developing nation to clean up their act and they say that we did this when we were in their stage so why can't they?

I agree, but first we must learn to care for ourselves, for each other.
Only then will there be hope for this Planets well being.

It takes more than agreeing or disagreeing, though I agree. But for change to take place, the many ruled by the few have to say enough is enough. Those that can see have to take the initiative and get everybody else on board. And now there's the missing 1991 Global Warming report that's calling the whole issue into question. (If you wanna get really angry, just watch Fox News. They've been screaming how their pundits have been right all along and climate change is a myth all damn day! It makes me sick...)

"Climate change? Oh that's a myth. See they lost the report on purpose cuz the hippies don't want us to make money. And don't worry about the giant Pacific Garbage pile. That'll turn out to be a myth too. Rush Limbaugh said so."

i agree with you of course. nature gives us a planet to live on, food and air. we should treat our planet with more respect.

Plants give us oxygen. The forests in our world provide most of what we breathe.. So what are we gonna do once they are gone? nothing.
