Let's see, I have the Delux Platinum DVD Collection, all the manga and the Revoltech Eva units and a NERV necklace, what do you think? :ntongue:

Hahaha. Seems like I'm not the only one here. I have the platinum thinpacks, the end of evangelion and the 1st Rebuild movie. It's a great series. Definitely my favorite Anime of all time.
Nice name btw.

I have the Platinum collection. I agree that it got way wonky at the end, but I haven't bothered to pick up End of Evangelion or anything.

You must see the End of Evangelion, cause this is considered the cannon ending instead of the last episodes. Ano himself opted for this before the series end, but budget restrictions forced him to wait for a theatrical version to change it!

EVA is one of the few things I watched to have a greater effect on me than Avatar. One good(or maybe bad for somepeople) thing about that anime was that it used plotholes brilliantly so much so that it got me thinking about it for a good while.
And I still wonder what Asuka meant by saying "I feel sick"

Me, I've got the Platinum collection like the rest of you and a couple of soundtrack CDs (maybe one, maybe two). All I know is the CDs were harder to come by and IIRC fairly expensive.

Dang - My first post =)Officially it's my second post, but the first one has to be checked by the Moderator - so - hi everyone =)
Oh god - NGE was SO confusing. As the episodes wen't by - the story got more and more complicated. But it was good in special way. NGE was the first real Anime that made me think...
Especially after Death and Rebirth. Watching that at 2 o'clock in the morning... something like space oddyssey

I really loved Envagelion (if you see my nickname you'll know that's a little obvious), but I kinda didn't like the ending. I don't know, but I was expecting something different, maybe I should see it again.
I kinda indentified myself with Shinji, hence my nickname, and watching the series on TV was like terapy for me. I really affected me on a deep level, and, even if right now I'm not like Shinji anymore, I still enjoy watching it.
Only problem is I don't have the DVD's....:,(
My first anime and still a favourite :D

Evangelion is a good anime which it had a disappointing ending. I prefer Rebuild of Evangelion OVAs. I hope for a good ending. :)
