Hello, fellow Avatar fans!
I was wondering, have any of you seen/heard of Wolf's Rain? I for one have seen the whole entire anime, loved it so much I bought the boxset and OVA! I wanted to make this thread because from my experience, only a limited number of people know about this anime, but it is such a simply awsome anime I have rated it as my number one of all time.
To understand fully about Wolf's Rain it's best you go to AnimeNewsNetwork or something.. But a breif introduction would be a group (not a pack!) of wolves aiming to reach a place they call Paradise, yet have troubles along the way involving a certain flower maiden called Cheza.
This anime is so emotional.. I felt very connected and I feel it changed my perception of things on life, such as what my paradise could be, and how determined I could become of certain tasks, what really is important, y'know?
Anyway, I've wrote about all I need too, I think! So, have you seen, or even heard of Wolf's Rain? If not, what're you doing still reading? Go and watch now!! :nsad:

I have seen it, a few years back so its a little blurry
but yeah.
It was excellent, I would watch it again if I could, there was a lot of emotion, conflict and feeling of brotherhood
Not to mention the awesome wolves :victory:

Hey there, I did catch Wolf's Rain, maybe the first 7 episodes. There was a point there back about 4 years ago or so where it was pretty popular. Admittedly I didn't stick with it, only saw that far and lost interest. But I can be convinced to see the whole series :)

The whole series is excellent, there's some bits in there which keep you on your toes, and some tear jerking moments too :nsmile:

I don't want to give away any spoilers, but towards the end I had to really hold back the tears, so emotional. Especially the last four episodes.. Oh God.. xD
The only problem I had with Wolf's Rain were the four episodes in the middle which were basically a 'recap' of the show so far.. But because I became so addicted to the series, I watched too many episodes in one day, so I didn't need a recap! Whereas others may have, haha. But I'm just being picky there. It's still the most awsome anime in my opinion.

Wolfs Rain.. Not like other Anime Series... Great soundtrack made by Yoko Kanno - Love it the same way like i do the Cowboy Bebop Soundtrack. Only the end was a bit... well.. i hoped for another end.
But overall nice Athmospherical anime series.

Wolf's Rain is one of the very few anime or cartoons I have ever cried during the last episode. It's a beautiful series but it's so sad at times.

It sure is one of my favourite anime of all time... very emotional and also drawing not the best picture of some members of the human race... sounds like a certain new movie we all know, doesn't it...?
:nsmile:
Concerning the characters, my heart goes out to the runt, poor little Toboe.
Wiggling bare toes,
