I have heard this many times, but I didn't like it too much until I read the words to it.

Yea, I did not like it as much as I thought I would (it being the theme song and all), but the lyrics are good.
yeah, the singing itself is not that great, but the lyrics are!

Yea, I simply just don't care for the vocals, it would be better if it was all instrumental like the rest of the soundtrack
The soundtrack is really good. I have been listening to the whole thing from begining to end on utube all day! (I'm not working today 'cause it's my b-day) :D

yea the vocals sound kind of pop for the most part..too much pop for my taste for the type of song it is
too bad i didnt get this track when i downloaded the album on for my zune =(
when i heard this at the credits at first i thought it was celine dion LOL

This is true. I am not a fan of lyrical music in movies and I am still not but I have to admit the lyrics are fitting for it.
Yeah, I think about the Na'vi when I hear it.
It makes me happy... then sad :(

ya this song gives the right theme of the movie but its to mutch of the same rythem
i just downloaded the Avatar soundtrack on itunes so I can listen to it on my ipod while I run. It's freakin' awesome 'cause it makes me think of the movie.
I must say, "I See You" is growing on me. The vocals and not the best, but I really like the song itself. Has anyone seen any remixes?

^ I'm experiencing the same thing. I didn't care for the song much in the beginning, but now I listen to the soundtrack on repeat mode over & over again and it grows on me. Not only it's a lovely song but also such a breath of fresh air after all the orchestral tracks.

It's not horrible, but it could have been much better IMO. Kind of Like "Another way to die" was as the Bond song for Q.O.S. It could have been better, but its not awful.

It just takes me back to Pandora so much, All the scenes where Jake and Neytiri are together just come rushing back. When it say ' I hope this dream never ends' also sends a chill up my spine, because I wished the dream of Pandora never ends. And the last time it says 'I See you' just remembers me of the 'My Jake' Scene.. Very powerful song.

I like the chord progression in the beginning that is a subtle part of all the other songs in the album and in the ambience of the movie.

It would have been great if they got someone with a good voice to sing the song in Na'vi. on the crouching tiger hidden dragon soundtrack they have a song that is kind of similar. The same woman does the song in mandarin and english and the mandarin version is faaaaaaaaaaaaar better. i dont speak the language, but there is a beauty in other languages that i think the english language lacks.
