I've been thinking of doing the same thing actually, i would really appreciate it if you would let me know what type of paint you used, i was thinking a latex based paint so it doesn't crack...lemme know how it goes

You can buy blue body paint that dosent crack and looks great. Finding/creating a loincloth may be a bit more difficult though.

yah, it would have to covor your entire *** though lol, it'd be kind weird if it didn't.

What would be fun is making the bow, and sheath for the knife.

I'd recommend going with a skintight (VERY skintight) bodysuit dyed the proper shade of blue, then painted with the stripes. You could even rig it with fiber optics for the luminescent dots. Body paint may be seen as too indecent. Wear any other bits of the costume on top of it. It would be awesome if you found some way to make the ears move!

prolly will go with the blue bodypaint and stripes, keeping my body covered so im semi decent will be a challenge, ..its harder for a girl than a guy as guys can go topless

Where would you find a skin tight body suit though? its not like theres a website for that...and it would cover all your muscles, Na'vi have very well defined muscles remember?

But if that's actually what you look like (I'm skeptical by nature), you could definitely pull it off. Probably better than 99% of people.

definitely go buy some tribal necklaces and things like that. You could probably even string a bunch together to make something totally unique and cool.

wow thanks guys for all the views on this thread, lol ive been busy with school and sports and training lol. BUT...I have seen the movie a total of 3 times now! and also watched it on someones PS3 they downloaded it >_< hehe i cant help it i love this movie so much! ..watched a few tutorials on youtube about doing the face, just need to get some professional max factor blue and green stage makeup , i tried already once for my face with some cheap halloween stuff..but it came out looking ..well not that good and the makeup tends to smear so easy too!!! tried on my arm and leg too..oh well still theres alot of time till comic con! Ill even dye my hair dark for the final attempt :D. I will keep trying, oh and thanks for all the suggestions so far !!!

Looks good :d, I'll be visiting Comic Con also, i just need to find a good air brush kit and paint.
