Over the years I've come across some online copies of some old comics about native americans and other tribal themes. Just though I'd post some of them up.

Timespirits a 1984 comic by Marvel also featured native americans, it's one of the many things JC was accused of stealing the idea for Avatar from. I bought all 8 issues just to check them out, they are nothing like Avatar apart from the the character that shows up in a couple episodes that does have an awesome Na'vi'ish look to her. The comic books sucked sadly.

^ that is a neat coincidence, but yea there is a lot of "media" that has been accumulated over time so somebody is gonna find something and say that this was similar to Avatar ect. But avatar is one of a kind! :nsmile:
