Ehhhh, movies like these for me just seem to be better without singers... just the music itself. And I don't know why to be honest.

I agree. Music by itself just fits better with movies in my opinion. Lyrics just...I don;t know I just don;t like it that much.

I am not saying that these specific lyrics don't fit with the movie, just saying that I just don't care for songs with lyrics in a movie. It just seems off to me I don't know why. Though tis is the best lyrical song for a movie if that means anything.

I think music without lyrics leaves the room for you to imagine. "I See You" by Leona Lewis is good and it fit the movies. I love both!

I do like the song that happens right after Jake opens his eyes in his Avatar permanently, however.

Y.E.S. :nlove: Yo, in case you didn't know she was very famous way before 'I see you'. She is a wonderful, talented , and also beautiful singer, there's "Bleeding in Love" "Better in time" and "Happy" some of here finest :) And I think she was The Best person they could have chosen for the Avatar theme :nwink: Lovely warm soothing voice, perfect for such a magical song... <3

Yes! Leona Lewis was perfect for the ending track. I remember sitting the first time I saw Avatar locked to my seat while the theater began to clear fully intent on her voice and the landscape images on the screen. I never knew who the singer was but her voice was just perfect in that setting and the lyrics of “I See You” fit so well with the experience. It became my mission to find out who she was and listen to her some more. I am a fan now.
