At the end of the movie jake became full na'vi his human body would be left they probably buried his human body but it would be soo creppy seeing the body you spent your entire life in being buried, what do you think?

I would have burnt the body. While it goes against Na'vi custom we have no idea what the conscience transfer leaves behind. If Ewya links up with the brian after burial (like Grace) I doubt sully would want some warped ghost version of himself tormenting him in his dreams/links.
Another interesting idea would be to have Jake being unable to let go his human body for some sentimental reason, meaning the Avatar team have it frozen up in Hell's Gates's cryo facilities. It could make an interesting reminder in the sequels for Jake that in the end he is an outsider.

I think they bury it... Don't see why they would burn it.

i agree, and i think that Jake,Neytiri,Mo'at,and their fellow Omaticayans probably held a funeral service and properly buried Jake's human body,as that is a part of giving your borrowed energy back. also,a funeral would have been proper,as that is what Jake learned from his mentor and teacher,Neytiri,of the Na'vi traditions and culture.

Another possibility is that it got sent back to Earth on the next ISV after the Venture Star

Interesting, it would be a strong decision for him, i think it'd represent leaving his humanity behind, which makes me wonder: what about his fingers?
Do you think he could just cut one of his fingers out of each hand? xD
Or keep the whole 5 fingers thing just to stand out and still be connected to his human nature?

It decomposes and nourishes Pandora, thats the circle of life.
burying it or leaving it in the open for creatures to feed on. energy is only borrowed and some day you have to give it back :nsmile:

One life ends and another begins. By the time Neytiri carried Jake to the Tree of Souls for the transfer, Jake had undergone such a transformation in his own mind as to view his human body as alien. When the shackles of doubt and fear fall away and you feel real freedom for the first time in a long time you will do everything in your power to not go back to the existance you had before. The old life becomes almost impossible to imagine, like a bad dream. Jake Sully is Na'vi, and had no more attachment to his human body than a snake has to a recently discared shedding of skin.

Jake watched Tom's body being burned, and didn't show a lot of emotion. So, who knows - he seems to keep that stuff to himself.

I didn't show any emtions when my grand ma was burried. however that don't say that It didn't hurt me.
Back on topic, I think they burried it. and I doubt if it is that hard for jake. Because it is a body that is useless for him. and I'm sure he hated his life in that body. However I think that it hurts him, beside all of this, what could he do with his body.. nothing.

Hmm thats actually quite an interesting way to look at it. I think at the end of the day though Jake's consciousness has been transferred to his avatar permanently now so he'd probably be safe.. but you never know! :P
I reckon it would have been just a quiet burial, I don't know if the whole concept would still be some-what disturbing for the rest of the omaticaya...
I wonder as well whether or not Jake would have been happy or sad at his burial. Of course he's happy because thats the end of his old life. I mean, he had a tatoo that said 'born loser'! This time he has been reborn as a hero! :D Then again, sad possibly because looking at himself being burried could be symbollic of humanity's fast approaching demise and he must feel a bit sorry for what became of his old race.
Maybe we'll get to find out eventually :D ^^

Hmm burying your "own" body would be rather weird even if it was broken, it's where he's lived all his life up to this point. Kind of unique experience to be able to attend your own funeral..
