After a horrific accident at the MotoGP at Sepang, Marco Simoncelli died of his injuries. A horrible month for motorsport.

Thanks for making this thread Applejuice... I was going to make it too as soon as I had time to get online here... The least we can do is make a thread for him... I have almost cried... This is very, very sad only, Simoncelli was one of my favoutite bikers, if not my favourite... Such a simple humble guy, he always smiled to everyone, blogged videos for his fans, he never said no to an interview, or an autograph, never missed a chance to tell a joke... :'( The only pilot with a not official bike, that was always up there near the podium with the 'big guys', racing like every racer should, with passion and courage... he did everything he could to keep his bike up that day, on that last turn. he's a hero, and he left us on the track, in his reign.... I can't go on :'( R.I.P. SuperSic 58...

I saw the crash on youtube, very sad to see... but the motorsport itself is very dangerous.. :(

A minute of noise, I think it is a perfect way of celebrating Marcos' life. In all the silence surrounding death, the sound of his passion will break it.
