Right now, I am conducting a study regarding Visa(an endorsement made in a passport that allows the bearer to enter the country issuing it-Babylon). COMMENTS: It's usually a pain in the neck to get Visa as much as I know, for people that need it... So better not to have it, Unless, it helps the 'country welfare', for problems such as clandestine immigrants... But anyway, I don't know enough about this stuff... Just my idea...
