After brutally massacring a criminal ring traditional lawmen have failed to stop, the lives of two policemen, brothers Frank and Henry Lincoln, are forced to diverge. Torn by conflicting reactions to the event, one brother, Frank, chooses to uphold justice through the law; the other sets out on a shady path to enforce the sort of justice the law cannot stomach. 35 years later, Frank Lincoln, now a veteran of the San Francisco PD and about to retire, takes his final case, investigating a string of vigilante killings that stir memories of his long-estranged brother. Meanwhile, Henry, too, approaches retirement, as he finds himself becoming too old to continue his violent lifestyle. With the ends of both brothers’ careers approaching, each attempts to train his replacement, hoping to remake his protégé in his own image; however, the world around them has changed in ways neither could have foreseen, leaving them utterly unprepared for the true lawlessness and corruption they will soon be forced to face.

I don't see why not, unless the moderators have a problem with it. I'm a big comics fan, too.

nice. a comic topic at last!:)

i am a huge fan of pre-hollywood X-men,the pre-clone Spiderman books,Iron Man but love the movies,Avengers,Fantastic 4,Wonder Woman,Justice League,Batman and Detective Comics, love Catwoman...she should get more time in the Batman universe. i have dabbled a bit with indepenents, but most of them are so shady and fly by night, like those Image varmints with their all art no story garbage. i like some of the Dark Horse books, and Vertigo titles from DC,but have lost interest lately because of the hollywood thing, but i still read a lot of my older comics.

i like Marvel from the 60s to late 90s,DC up until that stupid Doomsday kills Superman crap, and a few small indepenent titles like Xenozoic Tales from Kitchen Sink Press.

i'm probably the only big fan out there,of XO Manowar from 1990s Valiant Comics which no longer exists, but i have the whole series, and still love the idea of an ancient-times barbarian in a symbiotic battlearmor suit from a unknown civilization but stuck on earth. love that series.

unlike a lot of these speculator/art 'fans' that have been killing the comics world for years,i love a good comic to READ. you hear me,Marvel,DC,and you others???

great art and no story suck,as does great story and stick figures, lol, got to find that happy medium like the old days.....*sigh*

well,i'll return this thread to it's former status as the 'Damaged' thread,as we now have a subforum entirely for comics and graphic novels. Thanks,Lon.:)

i have been really busy lately, and dealing with a hurricane, but i have some new threads in mind,Xmen,Spiderman,Iron Man,and a couple of others. when i have my pics and thread idea solidified,i'll post up some new threads and breathe some life into here. very soon....

:) comic books rule!!
