:nsurprised: JUST LOOKED AT THE SIDESHOW COLLECTABLES SITE AND SIDESHOW IN CONJUNCTION WITH HOT TOYS HAVE DONE A 12" JAKE FIGURE, THIS IS NOT A POLYSTONE STATUE BUT A FULLY ARTICULATED FIGURE, THE FINISH OF THIS FIGURE IS FANASTIC, AND THE RENDITION OF JAKES FACE IS AWSOME.
THIS IS A PREORDER ITEM AT THE MOMMENT BUT IS SLATED FOR A OCTOBER RELEASE, I PLACED AN ORDER TODAY TO GARANTEE THAT I GET ONE ON THEIR FLEXIPAY SYSTEM, IT RETAILS FOR $314.99 BUT ON THE FLEXIPAY YOU PAY $32 TO SECURE IT THEN IT'S $94.33 A MONTH FOR 3 MONTHS TILL ITS PAYED OFF.

I must say that looks fantastic! Awesome looking figure of Jake! But is it's awesomeness worth the $315 asking price? Well... i'm not sure. If it was a fixed polystone statue like the Neytiri one, like similar size and all then i'd say it's worth every cent because it does looks bloody unreal! As a figure like it is now, i'm not completely convinced.

me too, i prefer a fixed one because with figures like these the movable joints (although cool) create gaps between the joints and it doesn't look as good as a fixed one >_< and it's not like im going to play with it. sideshow plan to release more in the future for Avatar so I'm going to patiently wait :nalol:

Well, i'm not usually in these small statues and things, because they usually look like toys for babies... But this, really is amazingly good :) only thing that seems excessive is the price! Goodness me are they always so expensive?! I could buy me a new Ps3 with that money LoL Anyways seriously it really looks good and very detailed.
