More than Humans (Actual RP)

(OOC):Let's get started. Feel free to create a character and pop in.


While I was flying through in my one man ship. I sensed an incredible energy coming from a nearby planet. I slowed down and saw a beautiful planet. Being my usual curious self I flied down to it to find out what causing that tremendous energy. As I enter the atmosphere my ships instrument begin to act strangely. I land in the middle of the forest and left my ship. The air was very warm and humid.

Pandora finally came into view of Yori's ship. The large, green covered moon slowly filled the window of her small science ship. For a fraction of a second a look of awe filled her green eyes beneath her helmet. With ease she piloted the ship and touched down in a small clearing in the middle of the alien forest. A forest incredibly dangerous but amazingly beautiful. After a few final checks over the instruments alien signals started flooding in. "What is this?" she said tapping on the screen as human voices filled her ears. "Humans?" she said to her self and scanned the signals. The top of her ship lifted up and she hopped out, her helmet folding back into her suit. She grabbed a bag and packed in a few things, then secured the door and cloaked her ship. The humidity caught her breath and she wiped her face in exhaustion. She started hiking into the hostile forest toward the human base.*

Finally, after being granted permission from Father, Marik is finally allowed to go search for his mother, Kìleyr. He never knew her and this has always bugged him. He emerges from the heavy, composite doors that were the front door to his Father's facility. A 800 thousand square foot underground facilty, with another 500 thousand square feet above ground, was where he had been born. The RDA actually funded the building of this facility, yet he doubts they actually know it exists. Unlike Hell's Gate, Father built this facility into the Pandoran earth, almost giving one a perfect sense of balance between nature and man-made. Marik winces at the term "mad-made." His father, like him yet not like him, was no ordinary man. As Marik steps outside, he readies his suit's jetpack and starts a loud countdown in his head. There's no real countdown that's actually needed, but it just seems fun for him.

"10...9...8...7...6...beginning final launch checks....4...3...all lights are green....2...1....Ignition!"

Upon these words, the jetpack's thrusters came to life, quickly gaining momentum. Slowly, he lifts off, fire bellowing out from beneath him, consuming all Pandoran life within 30yds of his absolute spot.

"Houston, we have lift off!"

Marik explodes upward into the atmosphere, leaving a long fire/smoke trail in his wake. He looks down at all the Pandoran trees, salivating at them.
~So much fuel. Time to burn baby!~
He sweeps downwards and levels out above the canopy at his cruising speed of 350mph. He pulls the trigger on his flamethrowers and grins. The flames spewed from his nozzles, consuming all below him. A view from a couple of miles away showing an ever-growing trail of fire snake its way through the jungle.

After he steps outside he cloaks his ship. A light grey aura surrounds him and he takes off flying. He flies fairly high and sees a large smoke cloud in the distance. He begins sensing all of the energy of everything around him. Some small, some fairly large, one significantly higher near the cloud of smoke but nothing he can't handle. He feels it moving quickly. He shrugs and flies after it. Looking down at the forest. "What people live here? It's all forest." He asks himself.

Marik looks back behind him and is satisfied with the 8mile long blaze he created. He hovers within 30yds of a burning tree, relishing the tingling warmth radiating from it. He taps a button on the side of his helmet and it folds back, revealing his face.
"Ah, almost nothing better than the heat of a good fire hitting your bare face."
He looks towards a nearby Sky Person base, barely making out its silhoutte 5miles away.
~Time to have some fun.~
He taps the button to activate his helmet, making the two helmet halfs come over his face first from the front, than from the rear. After sealing itself shut, Marik flies towards the base. As he's flying at an altitude of about 900ft, he spots for a brief second something reflecting the sunlight. He stops and looks more closely, but the shining object disappeared. Being curious, he swoops in low, just beneath the canopy. His presence causes most animals to scatter, while others are too awe struck.
~Hmmm, I know I saw something here.~
He opens his helmet and sniffs the air for a few minutes. Suddenly, something hits his nostrils.
~What the hell is that scent? It's not Na'vi, nor any other animal, yet it's definately not human.~
Deciding not to waste his time, he activates his helmet and readies his flamethrowers. He lays down a blanket of fire upon the forest floor, deciding to not waste time looking and just destroy it. He does a complete 360degree turn, laying waste to all before him within the range of his flamethrowers. Satisfied with what he sees, he turns up the throttle and heads straight for the base.

After flying closer to the smoke cloud and finding an entire strip of forest engulfed in flames he tries to sense the closest energy. He closes his eyes and feels the energy around him. He feels a surprisingly strong energy coming a fair distance away. "Hmmm. Well. I don't think this should be happening. Time to use my Instant Transmission. I want to meet this person. Someone capable of this is definitely worth meeting." He puts his middle and pointer finger onto his forehead and teleports fairly close to the source of the energy. He looks around and sees something flying by with incredible speeds straight at him. "Stop!" He yells.

Yori was never the one to speak her mind about certain issues, to retain her status. Humans and their odd history with Vulcans. Apparently there was a war but no one ever said much. That always perplexed her. The very principles *of Vulcan life are based in the sharing and obtaining of information on and off planet. The humans were close, close enough to meet with. But why has her people kept this a secret? She meditated on this as she hiked through the imaginably dark forest, consumed by it's shear mystical, lethal beauty. Suddenly a roar shook the ground beneath her. Also shaking every thought from her mind. She peered up at the canopy of the forest and strained to see the origin of the deafening sound. "That is not sound of natural origin." she said the thought of contact peaking her curiosity and continued to struggle her way through the relentless vines and tirades of small swarming bugs. Suddenly a man flying a device hovered in the forest just in her sight. She pressed a button on the side of her suit, cloaking her. Suddenly intense heat came from his pack. She turned and ran into the forest as far as she could go and up a tall, thick tree. After many minutes of climbing up the massive tree she poked her head of the canopy and shielded her eyes from the stars glare. She squinted to see the man, floating off a few hundred meters off, coming toward her. She commanded her suit to bring up binoculars and her helmet folded over head. It locked onto the same man in the forest before at the controls of a jet pack. Soon after her helmet picked up a second man, appearing from thin air flying over her head, this time surrounded by a grey aura. "Nothing to propel him through the air? He can fly?" she said and watched the one man approach the other at high speed. She ducked and hid in the canopy of the tree.*

Marik was on his way to the base when out of nowhere something looking remarkably like a human appeared right in front of him. He yelled stop, which kind of in shock, stops as hard as he can, finally coming to a complete halt two feet from the mysterious being.
~How the hell is he flying? He has no wings or any kind of device, just some strange auro surrounding him. It's a human?! No, he has a tail. A long, brown, furry tail. What if, perhaps, the SKy People can actually fly now. I'm sure Father would find this interesting.~
"What do you want, Tawtute?"
Marik stares down at the much shorter human with a bit of curiosity and annoyance.

[Rambo Navi]

He stands there not moving an inch as the giant metal being stopped in front of him. "I can sense you're frustrated with me. You'd rather be doing something else. You burned this forest. Why?"

[Druless]

Marik looks at this strange tawtute with a curious expression. ~Hmm, he asks me of why I burned the forest. This tawtute is wondering why I do this when his people destroy the forest.~
"Why are you worried about the forest being burned? It will recover. It will always recover. The end effect of me burning a strip of forest is no different as if it were done by a lightning strike. Why are you concerned with what I do? You tawtutes do worst. You DIG UP the forest with your dozers so you can mine the very rock that makes our Iknimaya float. With your human method, nothing will ever grow back!"
He begins to get angry with this tawtute for asking such an ignorant question. He grits his teeth but than slowly calms himself down.

He gets enraged when he is called human. "You ignorant fool! How dare you mistake me for those insolent creatures!" His tail sticks straight out from the sudden excitement. "They have no honor! They kill and destroy only to benefit themselves! How dare you!" His hair begins to lift up a little and his aura glows brighter. "I am a Saiyan warrior! You insult me as if I am one of them! You should be in awe!"

This outburst surprises Marik, but any thoughts of showing it are put down.
"What do you mean you're not human? You look just like them, besides the fact you have a tail. What is a saiyan warrior?
Surprisingly, instead of matching this person's anger with his own, Marik is more intrigued.
"You see, there have only been two types on this planet, one being here FAR longer than the other." As he says this, his helmet slowly withdraws.
"Those two types are Na'vi,....and Sky People aka Humans." His helmet finally finishes withdrawing, revealing his face. His face(unseeable to Yori) is blue with blackish/blue stripes. He has several scars, mainly across his eyes and mouth. His dark-orange eyes(not amber), with black pupils and a bright-orange in the middle of them, glare at this Saiyan with an unblinking and menacing look. He bares his fangs, showing an abnormally large pair of canines, but not just the canines are pointed; all of his teeth are pointed. (p.s. He kinda looks like the Na'vi version of Albert Wesker)
"Now you are most definately not one of the People, a Na'vi...and you claim I insult you when I called you a tawtute. So, tell me Saiyan: Just what the hell are you and where did you come from?"
With his helmet down, Marik breathes in the scent of this "Saiyan" but it's still not the same scent as before.

He calms down as the man in the armor talks and is surprised when his helmet retracts. "I left my home planet Vegeta. My people kill and destroy entire civilizations just for amusement. I did not want to do that so I left and began working as a mercenary since I was a child. I was flying by in my ship and sensed an incredible energy coming from this planet. I do not know what it is." His hair relaxes and his aura goes away. "I had hoped to figure out where it was coming from but know that I'm here it seems to be everywhere. A power beyond even my full strength. So tell me. What are you doing?"

Marik soaks up all this like a sponge. ~This Saiyan is sorta like a pacifist among his own people. A people who are siimilar to humans are with their destructive nature.~ Marik hides his fangs, feeling that this man is going to be no threat and is not a human.
"You ask what I'm doing. Well, I'll like it more to just show you." He taps the helmet button and it covers his head again. He flies towards the human base again, this time at full speed, with flamethrowers ready.

He watches the strange person fly away and flies to keep up with him. After catching up with him he sees a base off in the distance. "What is he doing?" He thinks to himself. as he follows him to the base.

"Hey Saiyan, hope you're fire-proof."
With that said, Marik flies about 200ft in the air. He squeezes the triggers of his flamethrowers and watches the twin bursts of fire consume everything underneath him. He flies to the center of the base and looks around. The base was an air strip with a wall surrounding the entire complex. There was an administration building, three hangars, about 20 choppers, a mixture of scorpions and samsons, and there were about 15 AMP suits lined up by the largest hangar. It covered about 10 acres. He watches as the humans try to put out fires, some stare up in awe at him, and others trying to get into their choppers. Marik flies over to the administration window and shoots through the window with his flames. A couple of seconds later, after applying a steady stream of fire, the entire building erupts from the inside. Many AMP suits are active now and start firing up at Marik. A couple of shells hit Marik but his armor easily deflects them. He does a flyby over about 6 amps and shoots dozens of molten darts from his wrists. The superheated steel darts pierce through the amps in several places, effectively making them obsolete. Several of the scorpions are getting up now but don't last long. Marik zigzags between them firing his flamethrowers, consuming the choppers. With no choppers in the air to worry about he slowly stars spinning in circles, laying waste to everything before him. The attack lasts only a minute. As he lowers himself down, a human pops out of a fox hole and opens up with his automatic Carb rifle. Marik lets the human empty his clip and he raises up his right hand. The human soldier looks at him with unsureness but than lightning erupts from Marik's hand. The current actually lifts the guy up off the ground. The current start to fry the human and flest begins to fall off his bone. Satisfied, Marik releases the lightning and turns to look up at the still floating Saiyan.
"Listen! Is it not a wonderful sound? It's like a symphony to my ears! These humans have no respect for anything on Pandora, and in doing so, I rightfully punish them.You understand this, Saiyan, no?"

[Rambo Navi]

He simply watches the destruction of the base. He glares at the armored man. "Yes. And now I must punish you for your crimes. Not everyone here is guilty. Many I'm very sure are innocent. You have never faced a Saiyan before? You just entered a whole new world of pain." He puts his hand into the air and a large golden disc of energy grows. "Destructo Disc!" He throws it straight at you.

Marik somersaults to the right, dodging the energy disk. He looks back up at the Saiyan in shock.
~What in Eywa was that? I don't see any weapons on him. He formed that out of thin air.~
As the he gets over the initial shock, suddenly he feels himself turn dark. He closes his eyes briefly and opens them again, his eyes glowing orange so brightly that surely the Saiyan can see it through Marik's dark helmet.
~Where did you find this one, Marik? This...is going to be interesting.~
The "different" Marik starts up his jetpack and rockets into the sky.
"No..I've never faced a Saiyan before, so I hope you make a good first impression?! As for Pain? I have lived in fire and pain all my life! There is nothing different about the pain you cause than from what I've felt!
He plays chase with the Saiyan, while he(marik) plays mouse.

He cups his hand well above his head and shouts "Galick Gun!" Purple energy gathers in his hand he fire a large purple energy beam about four feet in diameter at Marik.

[Druless]

Marik flies straight at the beam of energy. At the last second, he ducks underneath it and continues straight towards the saiyan. When the blast ceased from coming out of his hand, Marik hit's full speed than puts the brakes on, bringing his knees up and sends a dropkick towards the saiyan's face.

He quickly teleports behind Marik. "Behind you." He forms a small energy blast and fires it.

[Druless]

Marik was about to unleash a drop kick to this Saiyan's face when he just disappeared. He felt the Saiyan's presence behind him before he heard "Behind you." Turning around, Marik look right into an energy blast. Not wanting to take a hit without some sort of reprieve, Marik fires a dozen of his electric grapples at him. The blast hits square in the chest but Marik feels that his grapples connected as well. He sends the maximum voltage allowed within the safety features. He didn't see how his opponent reacted, but that Saiyan's blast stung like a mother ******! His suit withstands the blast, but his helmet shatters.

He looks down at the tethers stuck in his body and feels the electricty burning his body. He grabs the tethers and pulls them as hard as he can.

[Druless]

Marik feels a strong pull on his wires. His dark side thinking quickly, instead of fighting the pull, Marik goes with it. He speeds out of the smoke that still existed from the blast. He appears out of the smoke and sees within the .14 seconds till he has till he hits him that the Saiyan's pulling the wires. Marik rams the Saiyan and they go soaring through the air. Marik brings the Saiyan up to his face and looks him in the eye, fangs showing.

He tilts his head forward with a nasty bleeding bruise on his head. "That hurt." He places his hands against the armor and shoots a blast.

[Druless]

The blast's force was too great for Marik's grip. He's forced to let go and is hit by the point blank blast. His armor shook from the impact of the blast, rattling Marik's teeth a bit. When he regained control, he stares at the saiyan and hisses at him. The pain from these blasts hurt but it was still nothing mentally painful.
"Do you even have a name, saiyan? I feel like I'm overusing the word and it's starting to get annoying."

"Mordecai." He says. "Before we continue I want to know your name before I end this pathetic fight."

[BlueCat]

Yori listened closely as the two strange men spoke with each other, catching fragments and words. She poked her head out of leaves and is shocked to see the one man had a long, brown tail and the other man significantly taller then the other. As the discussion obviously got heated she hid again. Slowly pulling back a leaf she watched the tall man fly off with other close behind. She stood watching and noticed them heading toward the human base as she was. In a split second she leaped and climbed her way down the tree to the bottom. She found her heart racing in excitement which shocked her immensely. Immediately she shook the feeling away and started in a run through the underbrush toward the base. She arrived at the edge, chest heaving with exhaustion. In the distance she caught glimpse of the two men, *the tall man shot lightning at shorter man wearing a uniform. She slowly approached them still cloaked. "A senseless fight I am presuming. Typical of emotional people." she thought to herself as they started to quarrel. Hidden behind crates she pressed a button on the side of her helmet and uncloaked herself, revealing her porcelain sweat dampened face and her eyes fixated on the two men. She slowly rose from her position, an almost involuntary action. She couldn't stop now. ~What am I doing?~ she thought to herself as she stood straight up twenty feet from them.*

Marik looks at him quizzically.
"My name is Marik. Marik Rodeus Kìleyr'itan. You're pretty confident you're gonna win this. It's not a bad thing to have, but get to cocky and you start making mistakes. And I garauntee that when you make one, I will make you regret it."

[Rambo Navi]

"I will end this. I'm sick of fighting." He teleports and delivers a crushing blow to his stomach. "Double buster!" He puts two fists pointed at his chest and a large yellow beam fires.

[BlueCat]

She stops in her tracks as he hits the tall man with a huge yellow blast. She takes a deep breath in shock at the horrific violence going on. "Stop!" she yells. "This fight will only result in a useless death."

[Druless]

~True, I was surprised by the speed of this Saiyan. His blow to my stomach caused me to keel over. His second attack was a beam that hit me in my chest. All was dark after that. But, I knew I wasn't dead. Little does he know, medically speaking, I've died 8 times before this. Still, this was a surprise. As a felt my body fall from the sky, I smiled on the inside. He looked relaxed now. He's weak. He's cocky. Jetpack Omega Mark II...initiate matter-antimatter drive's suicidal attack.~
With those final thoughts, Marik allows his body to fall gracefully down to the Pandoran ground. His jetpack's wings detach from his back and shoot straight at the Saiyan. It takes him by surprise and latches onto his skin, pinning his arms to his body. "Matter-Antimatter core set to self-destruct in 30secs."
The wings inject needle that penetrate his skin and expand, making the ends larger than the wound.

"What!?" He hears the self destruct signal. "I'm not going to kill you. The fight it over!" He teleports to the armor and rips the chest piece off. "That's the same core that powers my ship." He looks for a second and finds the core. He rips it out and crushes it. "I was not going to kill you. "

As Marik's body falls to the earth, his eyes open again. Remembering he was falling, he does a somersault and lands on the ground without almost a sound. He sees the Saiyan has ripped out the core of the jetpack.
~Impressive Saiyan~
"You are hard to figure out Saiyan. You say you don't want to fight, yet you threw the first punch. Would you kindly explain yourself?"
He looks towards this other girl standing near him. He sniffs the air and recognizes the scent as the one from the forest.
"And might I also ask who you are, girl? You not from this planet also?"
He stares at her with curious eyes, yet they glow as if they're on fire themselves.

[Rambo Navi]

"You needed to be punished not killed. I don't kill without reason. I had no intentions to kill you. Even if I did there would be no point. Killing a weaker warrior would bring me no benefit." He sees the female in the distance. "You need not concern yourself in this."

[Druless]

"Or is that your excuse for being gutless, Mordecai. I'm not very impressed either. My father could bend you over backwards with one hand. Believe me, I know. Besides what do you care about weaker warriors? You said you were a mercenary, just like all of these people I killed. Accept it or not, my actions were justified. If only you knew what they did to our people." Marik crosses his arms over his chest and glares back at the young woman. "Well, what the hell are you doing here?"

[Rambo Navi]

"Gutless? What you saw was nothing. I could destroy this entire planet with my full strength. You're nothing but a pathetic scab. I have traveled the universe hoping to find some form of peace and selflessness. I was wrong. I've given up trying to be the peace keeper!" He flies up to Marik. "Your father is stronger? He's clearly never met a full powered Super Saiyan before."

[Druless]

"You tried to find peace and selflessness throughout the universe as a mercenary? No wonder you failed miserably. Besides, I wasn't always like this either. The Na'vi had peace and selflessness before the humans showed up. We were loving and caring towards each other. There was no such thing as money or brothels or casinos; none of that tawtute bull****. We were, and with a very few exception, still are perfectly intuned with Pandora and our loving mother, Eywa."
Marik kneels down and gets at eye level with Mordecai. "These humans have tried to destroy our mother, so next time I kill a human, don't get in my way. Besides, for the record, you owe me a new matter-antimatter drive."
Marik laughs at his last comment whole-heartedly.
(p.s I don't think we can continue with this RP till Bluecat decides to stop being a zombie. lol)

"It was a form of travel and the only line of work I could get my hands on. I've had it with them universe. They are destroying your home." He smile faintly. "Next time you want to go on a killing spree come find me. They'll feel the wrath of a Saiyan warrior."


(OOC: Yeah. She said she would be on later lol.)

"Alright, besides, don't get too upset, but I only used half of power. Honesty, this suit protects me from my fire yes, but I can't manuever as good as I would be able to without. It actually contains my true fighting potential. Perhaps one day, either still enemies or friends, I can show you." Marik doesn't understand why he's being so friendly to the Saiyan still but he doesn't resent it much. Showing a gesture of peace, Marik holds his hand out(like he's arm wrestling without the table) and waits for Mordecai's reaction.

[Rambo Navi]

"And maybe I'll show you the Super Saiyan transformation." He sees the gesture and grabs his hand. "Yes. I'm sure. We could be good friends." He sees the female standing in the distance. "And following Marik's question: Who and what are you?"

[BlueCat]

Yori slowly approached the two unknown men. She looked at them watching as they spoke staying utterly silent. A reaction she had never felt before, she couldn't speak. Was it shock or fear. She didn't know. This very planet has done strange things to her for the length of time she has traversed Pandora. It took her a few moments for the question to process. She opened her mouth to speak still looking at the tall one unblinking. "I am Yori. I am on a scientific mission here... From a planet not far from here." she broke her gaze from him and looked at the man with the long tail, "Are you from here? What are you?" she asked both of them.

(OOC: Sorry! :/ I'm back now.)

"Mission? Huh. I'm Mordecai. I'm a Saiyan. No. I'm not from here at all. I think this guy is though." He motions at Marik.

[Druless]

Marik walks over to Yori and looks down at the tiny girl. His looks into her green eyes, searching inside of her.
"Marik Rodeus Kìleyr'itan. You're the one I smelled in the forest back there; than again when me and Mordecai were fighting. Mordecai is right though. I am a Na'vi. Actually, I'm a hybrid. My mother was Na'vi. I don't really know what my father is; he looks human but he isn't, I know. What are you?"

She looked at Mordecai closely as he spoke then at the taller man next to him. "What is your name? Where are you from?" she asked and looked at his alien face.

[Rambo Navi]

"I thought he just told you."

[Druless]

(p.s. De-De-Dee(makes gesture with his hand across his face)) :)

She looks up at Marik and back into his eyes. "Nice to meet you Mordecai and Marik. I am from the planet Vulcan 30 light years from here. I never suspected to meet anyone."

"I never suspected I'd have a knock down drag out either. Oh well. Now what? It's getting dark."

[Druless]

Marik considers these beings very closely before even thinking of that; but they weren't sky people, so he doubted Father would mind much. He'd very much like to meet them probably.
"Come, I can take you to my and Father's place for the night. Pandora is extremely dangerous for anyone at night. That's when all of the predators are most active. Palulukans are especially dangerous if you're ignorant of their ways."

[Rambo Navi]

"Well then I suggest we move then. Marik and I can fly. How are you going to keep up?"

[Druless]

"No I can't. You ripped out my matter-antimatter drive from it, remember? I can run fast though. If need be I can carry Yori, unless there's more to her than we see."
He looks straight into her eyes and can see that there's a bit of truth in his assumption.

[Rambo Navi]

He smiles a bit. "Well... I suppose I could get us there... What does it look like?"

[BlueCat]

"I cannot fly. If one of you bring me to my ship and show me to your place," she said and looks up at Marik. "I can get there. If that is not impeading on you." she said and looks at Marik and Mordecai. "Or I could leave my ship and fly back with one of you."

[BlueCat]

(I cant reply fast enough ignore that one too!)

"You can't see it from the sky unless you have been living there for years. Our home is balanced perfectly with nature; 50-50. It's okay though. I've been flying all day. I feel like running."
He looks towards Mordecai with assurance. He looks towards Yori, awaiting a response from her. "What mode of transportation would you prefer, Yori?"

[BlueCat]

Yori looks into Marik's eyes than at Mordecai. "If you don't mind. I wouldn't want to walk. Thank you."

[Rambo Navi]

"Once I get a look at the location I can teleport there at will." He looks at Yori. "I am not carrying you. Marik will."

[Druless]

Marik looks between the two and shrugs his shoulders. "Than it is decided. Fly beneath the canopy to follow me. Try not to lose track of my movements. If you do, just make a signal of any sort and I will come back. Understand?"

"I'm not slow. I can sense you for miles. Lead the way."

"Who ever it is easier for." she looks over at Marik. "I guess that means you are my mode of transportation Marik." she looks up at him and is shocked by his height.

[Druless]

"Right." Marik kneels down so Yori can hop on his shoulders. Even on a knee, she was still about 2-3ft shorter than him. It was a comical sight.

[Rambo Navi]

He laughs under his breath at the sight. "Well... I really don't have the words for how this looks..."

[BlueCat]

She carefully climbs onto Marik's shoulders and steadies herself on his shoulder. Feeling a moment of fear as she realized what she was doing. "How far is it from here? "

[Druless]

"About 12miles. It's surprising how close humans travel near our home and never notice it. It gives off no heat signatures and no noises or lights. It's completely shielded against all known forms of scanners. He lets her secure herself in the piggyback position and than he takes off. Within seconds, they're in the forest. Marik sprints through the forest, hardly noticing her weight. He feels the bit of nervousness and fear coming from her breathing and body tension and he decides to take advantage of it. Without warning he jumps about 40ft up and into the branches of the trees. Like streaks through the darkness, jumping from limb to limb, being sure to not make noises that would disturb the wildlife.

[Rambo Navi]

Watch him run Mordecai flies after him. "Pretty light on his feet."

[BlueCat]

Without warning she gasps as he leaps into the trees, tightening her grip around him. "How did you-" she says under her breath. She looks out to the side and sees Mordecai flying close behind.

[Druless]

As Marik is jumping through the tree limbs, he decides to take it back to the ground. He jumps off a limb and falls gracefully to the ground, not disturbing a single leaf. Yori yelps at the action but Marik just smirks. Soon, within minutes, he arrives at the front door to his home. "Alright, we're here." He kneels and lets Yori down. Mordecai flies down and lands by them. They look around them but they don't see a door.

"A hidden base? I can sense energy signatures below."

[Druless]

Marik looks at him curiously.
"It's not really a base, more of a fortified home. If you're looking for a door, no need. You're all standing on it." Marik says this next phrase out loud and in Na'vi, a language he's sure the two don't understnad. "Home, open your doors for Marik!"
The ground underneath them suddenly jerks downward in a slow fashion. The elevator is about 30ft by 30ft. They travel about 100yds below the surface till they finally reach the second floor.

She climbs off Marik's back and looks around for the door. "I've never seen anything like this. It's incredibly hidden. Like you said. Apart of the it's surroundings."

[Rambo Navi]

"A bunker. That's what this is."

[Druless]

"Eh, if that's what you want to call it. Father doesn't like prying eyes. He would go on a rampage if this facility, which he built all by himself before I was even born, was ever discovered by humans. 1,000,000sq feet. It took him decades to build it all." They proceed down the passageway towards the central complex. They walk for about 20minutes till they reach a large door, about 80ft tall.
"You better stay here. This is father's chamber and I better tell him you're here, if he hasn't already felt our presence."

[Rambo Navi]

He shrugs an leans against a wall. "Go ahead. I've got all night."

[BlueCat]

"It must be." she says searching in here bag and pulls out a scanning device. "Yes it is. Look." she says holding it out to Mordecai. "These are the geographic scans of this area. That obviously doesn't supposed to be there." she looks up at Marik. "Impressive."

[Rambo Navi]

"It is an impressive underground structure. You people and your devices. I have no need for such."

[BlueCat]

(Crap. Ignore that one too... Im sorry!)

She looks up at the huge door then back at Marik. "If it is appropriate we can meet with him tonight. I don't mind."

Marik nods and pushes the 80ft tall door open, steps inside, and closes it. He steps up to his father who's sitting on a large chair in the middle of the room. The walls are lined with computers, half made of tree roots. They have a long conversation before Marik is allowed to let them stay. He opens the door again motions them in.
(Sorry but I"ve got to go now. I'll be on tomorrow)

He walks in looking around and looks at Marik's father. "So your his father? Not a bad place you have here."


(OOC: Me too. I'm tired as all get out. Night.)

Yori follow behind Mordecai, shoving her scanner in her pack. She looks around the large room at the computers and is perplexed at their technology. She remains silent and looks around, her eyes landing on Marik's Father sitting in the middle of the room. She looks at Mordecai as he speaks than back at Marik's father for the reply.

Marik stands in the middle of the large chamber, letting his father have the chance to see these visitors. Surprisingly to anyone but Marik, his Father looks human and looks to be in his young twenties. He has no shirt, more of just a robe that is wrapped around his waist and hangs down. His body is lined with dozens of bulging veins and he has vey long, blond hair that rest at his side. He has the same eyes as Marik does and unlike Marik, his body has no scars. He sits there and listens to the Saiyan's comment and stares at him for a couple of seconds before he answers. "Yes, I am Marik's father. You must be the Saiyan, Mordecai. And you." He sends his gaze with a calm yet still stern gaze at Yori. "You're a Vulcan? This is a surprise, even for me. What is your name?"
Marik answers the question-"Her name is Yori."
His father looks at him, than Yori and Mordecai. "If you were humans, I would've killed you already for being here but since you're not and apparently, since my son brought you here, I can trust you and as so, I welcome you to Pandora. Please, enjoy your stay here. Feel free to look around, but please refrain yourselves from any below this one, or the levels above ground. I'll know anyway if you do this or not. Am I understood?

"Fine by me. A human with a Na'vi son? I've seen strange things but this is highly unusual."

[BlueCat]

"Yes. Completely." she says her eyes still fixated on the strange man before her. She holds her tongue to the many prodding questions she had. "Thank you for letting me stay here. It is very gracious of you."

[Rambo Navi]

"I agree. Not too many people would allow a Saiyan to live in their home."

[Wanderlust]

The last line of defense was gone, an entire battle group had been obliterated. But the objective had succeeded. The mission objective was to save the only hope for his nation. The crystal took ten years to grow and generation of his nations greatest scientists. It would bring salvation, and perhaps peace to Enteri Teko’s people. The Variance had sent everything to destroy it, but they had failed. Salvation lay in the riddled hulk of his cruiser. Time was of essence now, the construction project around the last world was completed. All it needed was the crystal he had with him. In only a matter of hours the last bastillion of freedom would be overrun.

The crystal would allow a few dozen ships to pass through to new star system via a wormhole. We would not know which one, since we do not have time to work out a targeting system. But it would be one within a few hundered lightyears. It did not matter if it had a habitable planet or not, Enteri’s nation had long gone without one. We could survive anywhere.

Enteri’s lone cruiser approached Salvation station, as it had become known. The captain of this ship had been killed along with the majority of its crew. He and a few others were the only ones in control. Enteri would make sure that death was not in vain. Enteri would transfer the crystal and then give his life to protect the colony ships moving through the wormhole. The wormhole would only stay up for a few minutes at most. The whole thing had been sabotaged to collapse when it closed and create an enormous explosion, hopefully exploding in the faces of the converging enemy. If Enteri was anywhere nearby he would be killed instantly.

If he could he would follow through the wormhole and escape with the others. He wanted to live, a long and nice life and perhaps raise a family. He had been fighting his whole life. Every child was taken away from their family at year 14 and trained in the military. He was in the front lines at 16 and had killed a man a year later. Four years of intense infantry action had worn on him. If an infantry soldier survived for four years he could apply to academy if his test scores were good enough. Lucky for him they were. A few more years of intense training and he had become a special operations pilot, flying highly trained teams in an out of hot situations. Now he was at helm of the biggest thing he has ever flown in what was probably the most pivotal moment in his nations history.

The crystal had been transferred, now it was time to fight. Three core battle groups were converging on a rag tag bundle of destroyers and cruisers. Our pitiful remnant won’t last a minute. Enteri and another cruiser swung round and placed themselves between the incoming swarm of battleships and the wormhole. The plan was to deflect as many shots as possible from the colony ships and wormhole. Vollys of cannon fire and missiles rained down on the facility and ships as the wormhole opened at the center of the structure. Eenteri deployed our point defense systems and deflected as many projectiles as we could. I watched as the rest of the remnant charged the enemy, bursting into flashes of light.

Several of the colony ships had made it through when the facility was hit by a magnetic cannon round. The wormhole fluctuated and began to expand and contract rapidly. The wormhole was going to be lost and Enteri, decided to go for it. Enteri dove the ship down towards the event horizon.

*this part begins when the other characters are at Marik

Enteri woke up with a flash of panic, he could hardly breathe.

‘Where am I’ he screamed

He went into a short panic before all that had happened had come to him. The wormhole had expanded one more time, engulfing his ship. He made it. Enteri stumbled to his knees in a daze.

“Bah, why am I hurt so. This wasn’t supposed to happen!” Enteri looked around. The 6 other crew members who were with him on the bridge were on the floor. The room was completely dark part from a few control boards. He crawled to the one closes one to him, she was dead. Everyone was dead except for him.

Subduing a short panic Enteri stumbled to the control board to see where he was and what the ship was doing. He was having anextremely hard time breathing. Checking the appropriate control boards he noted that oxygen levels were falling extremely low. A damage assessment reveled the ship to be in critical condition. The bridge was sealed off but everything else was in vacuum, the back half of the ship had been torn off! Something even worse was on the bridge’s frontscreen, a planet.

Enteri needed an oxygen mask badly, he was starting to suffocate. He fumbled through seveal workstations before he discovering a breather. Now that he could think, he stumbled back to the pilots board to see what he could do about his survival. He was able to bring the science package back online. The planet that now filed his horizon was actually a moon. Upon receiving the results of the atmospheric analysis he was delighted to see and atmosphere that he could breath. Even more the planet seems to be overflowing with life which was totally unexpected.

‘there might be a chance for me after all’ Enteri thought. Enteri realized that the hulk of his ship was heading right for the planet and would impact it. There was a ballistic escape module near the bridge but would require him to pass through vacume.

“If I could get away from the ship fast enough.. ahh this ship will blast a crater a mile wide ill be toast as well as anything down there.”

Enteri wandered through the utility rooms of the bridge before coming upon a vacume suit. He dawned it and checked the oxygen, he had an hour. He had a plan. He would detonate all the ships tactical nukes from a distance after he escaped in the ballistic re-entry module. He only had a few minutes before the ship would begin re-entry, on the side of the moon going into night.

Enteri broke the door to the bridge causing all of the atmosphere to rush out. He floated through the cooridors at breakneck speeds trying to reach the magazine and then to get out. Upon reacing the magazine he jerry-rigged a remote detonation device to a nuke. Night fell on the ship as it entered the shadow of the planet, he was out of time, he had to get out.

Enteri made it to the escape pod only to find the launching mechanism was broken. He would have to disconnect and push off under his own power, outside the craft. Enteri crawled around the inside of the launching bay and out another airlock. He would have to push off one airlock and hope to grab a part of the escape module. Massive vibrations rocked the ship as it interacted the atmosphere of the planet as Enteri made a leap of faith sailing across the bay.
Enteri hit the manual lock on the docking ring and pushed against it and the escape pod as hard as he could. The action resulted in him and the pod floating out of the bay. Enteri crawled inside the pod and activated the escape thrusters.

Enteri watched as he continued to put distance between him and the doomed ship. The bright glow of the moons home planet behind it. The escape pods heat shield will protect him against the atmosphere and deliver him to the surface. Enteri needed to detonate the ship before it started to burn up or all bets were off on preventing it from doing damage to where he was going to land. Unsure on what was going to happen he pressed the button to destroy it.

A bright flash of light in the upper atmosphere interrupted the peaceful Pandoran night. A few minutes later a sonic boom cracked and the meteor trail of the escape pod streaked across the sky to land in the forest.

Hearing the faint sonic boom. "What was that?"

[Wanderlust]

The pod was damaged by the nuclear blast, causing the soft landing system to fail on the pod. The parachutes were moderately successful as well. The pod bounced off a tree, disconnected from the chutes, and slammed into the forest floor smashing the glass plate of Enteri's helmet and knocking him completely unconscience.

[Rambo Navi]

"I'm going to see what it was. Don't wait up." He puts his pointer and middle finger on his head and teleports outside. He senses a new energy. "This is new..." He flyies towards the source and finds a mess of a wreckage. "Crash landing..."

[Wanderlust]

The remaining fuel in the soft landing trusters caught fire causing a little bit of a firework show. The explosions subdued and the main body of the wreck quickly became engulfed in flames with Enteri inside.

[Rambo Navi]

watching the wreck erupt in flames he questioned if anybody was still alive. There was. He sensed it. In the escape pod. flying over unhampered by the flames he tears it open and sees a large unconscious man. He pulls him out and carries him a safe distance from the wreck. "Wake up."

[Wanderlust]

Enteri comes to, awash an enormous headache. He yells out and rolls onto his knees holding his head. A few moments pass and the headache subsides. He looks up to his right an seed a guy with a tail.

"errah, where am i!?" Enteri yowled while fell back on his butt, the shock caused a recurrence of his headache

"i didn't even get enough time to see what star system i got thrown to"

"Well. You're on Pandora. Lucky for you I'm not from here either. But I don't think you're getting off though."

"ahhg i don't know where Pandora is in relation to anything, it could be the next star over or all the way across the universe" Enteri replied while he continued to hold his head

"silly question i suppose"

"wow, this headache is finally starting to wear off"

"Yes, well I know a place where you can stay. Can you fly?"

[Wanderlust]

"Not without a ship" .. "wait you can fly without a ship?"

Marik's Father sensed the sonic boom as well and watched as Mordecai volunteered to check it out. After he left, Marik turns to him with a questioning look.
"What is it, Father?"
"There's been a great disturbance in the outer atmosphere, Marik. An explosion. Nuclear from the feel of it. What could that be now, more guests?"
"Possibly."
Father looks back at Yori. "Yori, should we be expecting anymore of your kind here?"

[Rambo Navi]

"Yes. Easily. I use a ship to travel from planet to planet. I can fly." He grabs his arm and pulls him over his shouder. "Never speak of this to anyone!" He says as he takes off.

[Wanderlust]

"woahhh! Ok!"

[Rambo Navi]

"It's not far from here." He says flying towards the underground shelter.

[BlueCat]

Yore watches as Mordecai teleport off to check it out. She turns back to Marik and his father. f"No. I was sent alone. I don't believe anyone else would be sent. They wouldve told me."

[Wanderlust]

"how does this work?!" "you done seem to have any technology to do this!"

"i must have actually died and am in some weird heaven!"

[Rambo Navi]

"No. You are very much alive. Flight is simple. Even a human could do it. Any living being is capable of flight."

[Druless]

Father looks for a second than shrugs. I can sense Mordecai is returning. He'll be here soon. I'll activate the elevator as soon as he steps on it. Now as for you two, are you hungry? If so, I can prepare a meal for you and the others when they arrive?"
Marik realizes he hasn't eaten all day. He looks at his father and smiles. "I'm starving."
"What about you, Yori?" asks Father.

[Rambo Navi]

He flies to the shelter. "Don't let go." He teleports back inside. "I found our visitor." He says and puts him down.

[BlueCat]

"I haven't eaten anything for two days. Yes." she says and looks over to see Mordecai arriving with the man. "What happened?" she asks the man on the floor noticing his injuries.

[Druless]

Father looks at Mordecai with curiosity. "Instant teleportation? Now that is interesting. And who's our guest, Mr. Mordecai? Has he told you anything yet?"

[Wanderlust]

"HUMAN?! Are there Humans here! I though i would see the last of them when i left Delta Pavonis"

Indeed he had though so. It had been humans who committed genocide against his people. Long before the war started an ET colony ship washed up in orbit around his planet, they called themselves Human. His people had welcomed them and even given them a small plot of land in and uninhabited island to establish a nation.What a mistake that was. It was not long before we were at each others throats and they were doing irreparable harm to our homeworld. A long war ensued throughout the system. They won.

*hope this plot addition is ok, it would mean humans started colonizing much earlier or are a species that is from somewhere else

"Yes there are. And as for my teleportation technique I was taught how to do it in my travels. Don't worry about the humans. Marik and I are both more than capable of destroying an entire army of them."

Father stands up and walks over to his new guest. The man seemed very injured, so he decides to lend a healing hand. "Are you hurt? Let me help you."
(OOC: Just go along with it for a sec.)

"haug, they must be all over or something! We knew they were ET, meaner than hell"

"They'll get theirs. When I get off of this planet my next destination is the human homeworld." He says with almost a dark smirk.

"Please, calm down. Trust me, humans can not reach you here. Now answer me, are you hurt anywhere? It's the least I can do to show my hospitality."

"Yes, i think theres something wrong with me inside, pls find out!"

[Wanderlust]

"they have a homeworld?" "how do you know its not jsut another infected planet?"

[BlueCat]

"I was also shocked of the humans presence here." Yori's people spoke of humans if they were a faint memory of the past. The story of their history never fully brought about but she knew it caused hardship for her people. She wondered why the High Council would hide such a part of the past.

[Rambo Navi]

"Every species has a homeworld. And as prominent as they are I'm sure It won't be hard to find. And when I find it... I will take my time destroying it..."

[Druless]

Father stands up and walks over to his new guest. The man seemed very injured, so he decides to lend a healing hand. He places his hands on him and starts moving them around on the man's body. "Hmm, you have a few broken ribs, your splein is ruptured, and there's some internal bleeding. Just a sec."
As if thinking about it, small sparks of red electricity come from his hands and instantly heals his ribs and splein.
"Wait, missed a spot." He motions his finger to a large gash on the man's arm. He rubs his finger across it and the wound instantly seals. "There. Good as new."

[Wanderlust]

"There are all sorts of different people here" Enteri said when looking at Yori

"is this like some sort of resistance?"

[Rambo Navi]

"Hardly. We all just arrived here as of today. The humans are no match for a Saiyan warrior."

[Wanderlust]

"ohh, the pain is gone'' Thank you!

[Druless]

Father laughs at the comment. "No, this facility and this planet is mine and my son, Marik's, home. It is also home to a race of humanoids called the Na'vi. The humans came 40yrs ago and have been trying to mine a mineral they call "Unobtanium" to quench the thirst of their dying homeworld's energy needs."
He looks at the new guest. "Do you feel better. What is your name, by the way?"

[BlueCat]

"No. I am here alone on a science mission. I have come here merely as a neutral science officer." she says looking at Enteri. "I don't how we all happened to meet here with all the sane sort of distaste for the humans. It defies my logic. Coincedence I am sure."

[Druless]

"Well, unless there are any objections, Marik will show you to some rooms you can stay in. He'll also show you where you can clean yourselves. Marik, I don't expect you to come to dinner wearing that dirty armor, do I?"
Marik notices his father's glance at his armor and he bows his head. "No sir. I will show them."

[Rambo Navi]

"Dinner? Thank you but I must warn you. A Saiyan's appetite is only matched by his ferocity in battle." He says faintly smiling.

[Wanderlust]

"I am Enteri Teko. I am a major in an now apparently defunct Navy"

" tried to protect a wormhole from the enemy, it got hit after a few ships got through, i think i made it through as well"

" we were to be dumped at a random star, i think i got separated when the wormhole went through some nasty fluctuations"

"everytone that was with me ont he ship was killed, i don't know why i lived, i detonated the ship in the high to avoid cratering this forest"

"A wormhole?" she said, intrigued by the concept. "In theory they exsist but in real space? The gravitational force alone would rip anything apart. You're lucky you survived." she turns to Marik's father. "Thank you." she says

[Wanderlust]

"Yes, it was our only hope to get out, the enemey had us locked down. It was not easy, trust me there"

[Druless]

"Is that so, intriguing. Perhaps we can talk about that as well as some other things over dinner."
His gaze falls on Mordecai. "You'll be full at the end of dinner. There's plenty for everyone. Trust me, quantity is not a problem here on Pandora. Now Marik, if you will."
"Yes Father. Please everyone, let's take this way." He points to the right side of them at the wall, but there's no door.

[Rambo Navi]

"I am getting a little tired of your hidden entrances."

[Wanderlust]

Enteri looks cluelessly at the wall

[Druless]

Father chuckles at the comment. "I'm terribly sorry. As you can guess, it's been decades since I've had guests. Allow me."
He takes a step forward, red electricity moves from his foot and through the floor. It hits the wall and a 20ft tall door opens up into the rock and reveals a long passageway. "There, that should get you to where you want to go."
Marik walks towards the door, motioning for them to follow him.

[Rambo Navi]

Mordecai crosses his arms and closes his eyes as he follows Marik.

[Druless]

(OOC: No, no, you're following Marik, not he's father. Unless you're actually wanting to follow his father, which in this case, you'll be standing there cuz he's just standing there and won't leave till you all leave.)

Bewildered by what has just happened Enteri walks through the new passageway

Yori follows Marik down the long passageway close behind him.

[Druless]

They follow Marik through the door. When the last person passed through, the door closed again, showing no sign of ever being a door. "The room were originally built for Na'vi, so they'll be alot bigger to me, except for you, Enteri." He shows the first room, which is the same as all the others. It's a large 50ft x 50ft dome with a skylight that showed Pandora's night sky and Polephemus. There was a hammock sized for a Na'vi on the right, a mat in the middle, and a few racks on the walls where possessions would be placed. As for bathing, to ensure privacy, each room had a cascading 20ft waterfall that fell into a collection pool. "Your rooms are right beside each other, so you won't get lost. If you need me, my room is the last door down this hall. Supper will be ready in an hour."

"Very well." He says as he takes off his armor and heads to his room.

[Druless]

"Ill take my leave." Marik walks off towards the end of the 100yd long hall to his chamber, leaving the rest of the group to claim their own rooms.

Yori nods and walks to her room. She entered and placed her pack on the shelf. She took off her suit and bathed before slipping her suit back on. She sat in a cross legged position on the floor and began to meditate about her emotional reactions that day and regained her focus.

[Wanderlust]

Enteri walked into his given room. He stood in the middle of the room and looked up at the stars. He quitely wondered where we was in the galaxy, he suspected he must be near his home system. Enteri had never seen a hammok before. His people had slept on something that resembled a large beanbag. He tempted it and sat on it. Before he knew it he had spun around and landed on the floor with a very loud thud.

[Druless]

Marik enters his room and begins to take off his armor, piece by piece. ~Damn, that saiyan did a number on my armor. I'll have to use the newer model next time.~ He finishes taking it all off after a minute and he walks into the pool. He looks around and tries to let the cool water relax him. His room was much larger than the others, about tripled in size. Aside from that, his room was divided into two halves. One was where he kept his armor and weapons and clothes. The other half was where he slept. Entirely, his room was full of the flora of Pandora. He stands bare in the pool for a few minutes to go over the days events before heading to the waterfall to bath. He notices his smell and he grabs a native fruit which is used as natural bodywash. ~I hope the others know what this fruit is used for.~

After a long wash Mordecai puts his armor back on and relaxes in his hammock thinking about the events of the day and his sudden change of heart toward fighting.

Marik was kneeling in the middle of his room, right where the light from Polyphemus shown into. He was giving a silent prayer to Eywa as he was linked to a tree. He and her often had long conversations, but nothing usually too rough. Her and his father would have the longest talks though. Some of them lasting for days nonstop. When he finished, he unlatched his queue and went to put on his loincloth that Na'vi traditionally wore. He walks out of his room, sensing from his father that dinner was ready, and he goes to gather the others.

After resting for a few minute he leaves his room and meets Marik.

[Druless]

"Greetings, Mordecai." Marik notices the surprised look on the saiyan's face at his drastic wardrobe change."It's traditional Na'vi attire. All Na'vi wear actually, even the women." He walks on to gather Yori and Enteri.

[BlueCat]

Yori took a long deep inhale before exhaling slowly through her nose. She suddenly became aware of all the people in the home and that most were relaxing. A few began to stir and get ready for supper. She took another deep breath and rose from her meditative state. Opening her eyes to the naturally lit room. Her eyes turned up to the stars and she thought about her life's purpose for a moment before standing and walking to the door. She opened it and looked down the long passageway.

[Rambo Navi]

"Hmmmmm." He says. "I do not care what you wear. Just as I'm sure you do not care what I wear."

[Wanderlust]

Enteri had taken off the vacume suit he had on to reveal his pilots armor. he spent the rest of the hour cleaning himself and such. Since he felt safer here than anywhere else in his life he decided to only dawn his navy blue jumpsuit when he was finished.

"I do not, but I don't mean that in a rude wa-" Marik was walking when suddenly something hit him a little too close to a certain place, causing him to jump aside. He had just about walked right over Yori.

Yori walked down the hall toward Marik and Mordecai and looked up at him as he jumped aside. She felt her skin darken pink ever so slightly. She felt herself lose emotional control again and bit her lip. "I presume it is supper time." she says almost coldly, in a attempt to diverge their attention from what just happened.

He chuckles quietly while looking down and shaking his head. "Someone needs to watch where they step."

Unsure of where the dinner hall is Eneri walks out into the hall way and wanders down the way he hears noises from

"You people... I'm going to enjoy living here... Are we going to just stand here tripping over eachother or are we going to eat?"

(okay, I'm back. I took a shower myself, ate some dinner, and am now enjoying some leftover b-day cake. Mmm-mm-mm :P)
Marik looks back at Mordecai with an unamused look. "Laugh it up, Saiyan." Marik looks at Yori, whose trying to contain some kind of emotional expression. He bows his head with his hand over his heart. "Oeru txoa livu, Yori. That's please forgive me in Na'vi."
He glances down the hall and see Enteri coming towards them. "Good, it looks like we're all ready. Let head back to eat than, shall we. My father has centuries worth of cooking knowledge and he never disappoints."
Marik leads the way back to the main chamber.

"Oh I will." He says with a sly smirk following Marik.

Marik, followed by the others, enter his father's chamber that they were in earlier. There, in the middle was Father, smiling.
"Please, just to let you know,the food isn't hidden this time. This chamber, me and my son use for many reasons, this being one of them. Will you all please come stand in the middle with me, within these lines I've drawn." He indicates a 15ft x 30ft rectangle.

[BlueCat]

Yori looked up at Marik. "I forgive you and I am also sorry." She followed Marik down the passageway with everyone else.

Mordecai walks up and stand in the rectangle. "What's this about?"

(As the group all stood within the boundary, Marik's father asks them one question. As he does this, red electricity is emitted from his body and into the ground. Seconds later, the rock that was within the boundary that they're standing on rises up and towards the surface.
"Does anybody object to eating outside under the moonlight?"
Before they reached the ceiling of the chamber, more red electricity emits from Father out to the ceiling. A space exactly 15ft x 30ft opens up and they see Polyphemus above them. The platform stops rising when the reach the top. Before them, they see a long buffet table of fruits and meats all ready to be eaten.
"Here, let us have a seat." He steps forward one step and chairs form out of the ground around the table. The area is lit well with torches surrounding the area.

Mordecai is shocked by this impressive display of power. He seemed to be the opposite of a Saiyan. His powers create while Saiyan's destroy. "I am impressed."

[Wanderlust]

"Wow!" this is wild Enteri thought to himself! I landed in a heaven!

"this is a wonderful place" Enteri exclaimed as he gazed with a quick spin on his heels up at the wonderful display and the forest above and polyphemus's glow.

She watched as Marik's father rise the platform up to the top. "Huh." she said to herself. She stepped off the platform and took a seat at the far left of the table she couldn't help but look up at polythemus, dominating the sky and blotting out constellations around it with it's glow.

"By what means did you accomplish this?" He says as he looks at the beauty of the forest.

[Druless]

"Thank you, Mordecai. I hope this is enough to fill your appetite." Father gestures towards the 30yd long table of varying meals, all of which no one except Marik has seen before. "I went out to hunt a few hexapedes while you all were getting settled in. I had to gather most of the fruits since we don't normally have to feed such a bunch." He smiles gingerly at the group and than at his son. "I'm glad you took that dirty armor off, son. You'll have to tell me how it sustained that much damage in one day." Father glances at the guests again. "I hope my son's wardrobe change doesn't distract you all. This is typical Na'vi clothes for men and women."
Marik bows his head to hide a small grin. His father continues. "This is just a fragment of what Pandora has. Prepare yourselves for your first night on Pandora. You'll never forget."
WIth that, he snaps his fingers and all the lights go out.

" I can't be too far from home" I still recongnize some constellations." Enteri pointed to a constellation "There is the Riddler over there" "It looks a little distorted but that's it"

"if i was skilled in astronomy perhaps i could determine my location relative to home" "ive always had an interest in astronomy, but the war took too much time to get into it"

Mordecai sits almost in awe of this man's power. "I'm sure I won't. I don't mind his attire. In all my days traveling through the universe I have seen many different styles of clothing. And I must apologize for damaging your son's armor."

(The group stills as after a few moments, the whole Pandoran forest starts glowing in many different colors.)
"Isn't it beautiful?" Father asks.
(OOC: Describe if you want in your own words of your characters' reactions.)

Yori's eyes widen and a faint smile comes to her lips as the forest glows and flows with colour. She bit her lip again rejecting feeling that felt so natural to her. She took a deep breath. "The forest is beautiful. I have studied this planet and knew it was bioluminescent but not like this..." she said and looked around.

[Wanderlust]

Enteri had never seen anything like it. In his whole life he had seen only the greys and whites of a space station and the barren expanse of dead worlds. The world that had once been like this in his star system, the one that had given rise to him and his kind, was a radiated wasteland. Wasted by full neuclear exchanges and pockmarked by directed asteroid attacks. the oceans didn't even exist anymore.

The only food he had eaten was processed bars or soups and musch that the millitary would crank out. Though tasty they seemed to always lack something. Fresh food from a plant was something new, he was eager to try.

[Rambo Navi]

"I have seen bio-luminescence before... But never on this scale..." He looks at the Polythemus. "I have not been there yet." He looks at the forest highly interested.

"No amount of reading and listening to stories can prepare you for your first time on Pandora at night," Father states. "Many worlds I know have nothing like this, except for within the abysses of their oceans. But here on Pandora, it's not just in the oceans. It's in the forests, the animals, the streams,....and the Na'vi." He gestures towards Marik, who's face is lined in a wild, intricate pattern of bioluminescent dots. He eyes glow that firery orange in the biolum-lit darkness.

[Rambo Navi]

"Yes... This is an amazing sight. I might not even wish to leave. And based on what Marik has told me humans are destroying this place. Tomorrow I am going to blow human bases up. Anyone who wishes to watch is more than welcome."

[Druless]

"We'll have plenty of time for that, Mordecai. I've talked very much with Eywa, but she's told me not to lay a finger on Hell's Gate, the humans' main base. There are several humans there who ware being "converted" so to speak slowly. Once their allegiance is clear, will she be alright with destroying Hell's Gate. There are also several individuals throughout the regions that have humans who will ally themselves with the Na'vi. They are spread out, so I can't allow any destruction to harm them unless it's ready. I hope you understand."
He then gazes at Enteri. "I'm curious about your planet, Enteri. What is it like?" asks Father as he bites into a large purple native fruit. As his teeth sink in, the fruit's juice squirts out, leaving a few trails along his chin.

Yori looks toward Marik and looks closely at his face, following th intricate lines of dots on his face. She pulls her eyes away from him and turns to Mordecai. "I was hoping to learn more about Vulcan Human history. I have realized I am here for very different reasons now."

[Rambo Navi]

"Well then I'm not going to do something you disapprove of. But I will visit this "Hell's Gate" and see who is allied themselves. I will not harm anyone."

[Druless]

"Thank you, Mordecai. If you seek them out, they will mainly be the ones called Avatar drivers. These avatars are remote controled beings, mixed with a combination of Na'vi and human DNA. They are the tall blue people in the base. You can't miss them."

[Rambo Navi]

"So Look for the people who look like Marik. I'm sure I won't have any problems. Any volunteers to come with me or am I going alone? Either way I don't care."

[BlueCat]

"I'll join you Mordecai." Yore said and continued to eat the array of colourful foods before her.

"The only other one that I'm sure wouldn't get much attention is Yori," Marik stated. "She looks the most like a human, no offense. But, ultimately, the choice is up to her." His Father agreed in approval but didn't offer his word.

"Alright." He says as he practically devours everything he can reach.

Enteri was sitting now having had his first experience of food. It was the most amazing sensation he has ever had.

Father asks question: "all i know of it is from the history intereactives" "they showed it alot to lets us know what was lost" "before we were attacked"

"it was covered in forests megafauna and oceans, there were no icecaps and rainforest spread from the equator to the pole. our civilization grew up only on one continent. the rest was allowed to remain as nature. the humans came in a lone ship apparently desperate, we were nice and gave them some land, and the planet lost"

"now it is nothing but a radiation desert and has 500 new impact craters due to a devastating campaign to kill the planet because we gained the upper hand at one point in the war"

Marik's father expression turns as cold and stern as steel. "Hmph, humans and their "Manifest Destiny" ideology. I would say they took a turn for the worst at the arise of the Industrial Age, but I'm more inclined to believe it was with the discovery of nuclear fushion." Father holds up his hand in front of him and slowly, a orange and red ball formed in his palm. "Nuclear fushion is what this is called. Once the humans obtained the it, they couldn't help themselves to more. A practical sun in the palm of my hand."

[Rambo Navi]

"I can do that too." He points his hand in the air a baseball sized bright-orange orb glows brightly. Saiyans are their own energy source. We have no need for such materials. We all can fly. So we do not need machine to help transport us except to other planets."

"Yes, I"m very intrigued by you saiyans. Your specias has sucha remarkable gift." The orb than got brighter and larger in Father's hands than it turned into a different colored orb. This one was more violent and unstable than the first orb."Nuclear fushion was only just enough for the humans to send a shuttle to their moon, or a satellite out of their solar system. The discovery of a matter-antimatter reaction like this right here is what they used to propel them to the far reaches of space. Sad they tend to set fire to every place they go. There species has so much potential."

" we were doing right by our planet and able to achieve space travel. we were even considering migrating completely off world completely and designing a space elevator for easy access, there were already huge habitats on several barren worlds"

"How all the elements are made everyday in stars gone super nova. An incredible thing." Yori said and looked done at her plate. "The humans claim to be altruistic but have ulterior motives it seems to me."

Father looks around at Enteri and Yori, a comical expression overcoming his stern gaze. He makes the matter-antimatter reaction in his hand cease and rests his hands on the table. "I"m terribly sorry if I bored you with my thoughts. It's not often I get a chance to say what I think out loud, much less to other people.

The orb in Mordecai's hand dissipates. "They're primitive creatures. They would not need to do this if they harnessed their inner energy."

"Anti matter was something known but had not yet been fully developed by our scientists" "it was extremely expensive to make"

"internal energy? I do not know of this internal energy, is it what makes you fly with nothing but you?"

Father looks at Mordecai as if thinking deeply. He sighs-"Unlike the Saiyan race, humans all are not gifted with inner power of such magnitude. Neither are the Na'vi. Unlike the humans, though, the Na'vi don't need it. They are content they way they are and have been at peace with themselves and their planet since the beginning of their time, with exception to few moments of struggle known as the Times of Great Sorrow."

"Yes. Every living creature has it. Marik can tell you how powerful it was first hand. True they don't. But they do have enough to fly and do basic things."

[BlueCat]

"We have warp drive engines which harness anti matter capabilities to drive them. Our ships can achieve speeds many times that of light speed."

"Humans have long since ignored it and have forgotten it. The only thing I think of that can come close to their inner power is the human characteristic of "Never giving up", no matter what circumstance they're in."

"How is this biologically possible? I am open to these ideas." Yori said looking at Mordecai.

"It takes practice, focus and training. If humans tried intensely while they were young they could become much stronger. To control your energy you must have complete control of you body. You have to feel your energy. That's how you do it. You have to control your inner energy. The more you train the more energy you have. Saiyans are born with incredible amounts of it. They are taught to control it as children."

"Hmm, I'll be sure to put this within my library downstairs. Just when I thought there was almost nothing left in the universe for me to know, I'm surprise by you three. By the way, Yori, since you were originally here to study on Pandora, perhaps you wouldn't mind looking through my library. Everything that there is too know on Pandora and humans is in there."

"That is very interesting and I do believe it is true from what I have seen. It is much like Vulcan's telepathic abilities. I have spent many years practicing and developing them." She said as she pushed her hair behind her ear, revealing it to be pointed.

"It is stronger in you than humans. You must have been training since you were much younger." He sees Yori's ears. "You have pointed ears. I have a tail."

Marik notices the pointed ears, showing a look of curiosity. "Telepathic abilities? Like tsahaylu?" He holds up his queue and shows them the pink tendrils that are nerves. "With this, we can connect to the plants and animals and other Na'vi to see into each other and upload and download memories, thoughts, and feelings, like a world-wide web. We also use it to speak to Eywa, our great, loving mother."

[Rambo Navi]

"Telepathy? I have not learned this technique yet."

[BlueCat]

Yori looks at Marik's queue, examining it. "Much like that Marik. It is very similar. But I must place my hands on you to connect with you. I can see and transfer memories and transfer thoughts and ideas. Amoung other things. I have been training ever since I was a very young child in my fields. It intrigues me that we are all humanoid but have very defining characteristics of our races."

"Yes, this is true," agreed Father. "Our races look alike, with the exception of Enteri, yet so different. This is going to further force me to delve into harder study habits. So much I know, yet so much more I don't. Well, I will take my leave now. I'll be in my studies." He sends red electricity through his feet and a deep stairway appears in the floor that leads downstairs. "Please do not worry about cleaning up, unless there's none left. The wildlife will eat it all. Please enjoy the rest of your meal." He walks down the stairs after he gives the group one last look with his orange eyes. His long blond hair sway gently in the breeze as he descends.

Feeling weak inside, Entari decided to retire.

"i must go to sleep, i require 5 hours of unconscience everyday to remain healty, i have also had a very trying day as well"

Enteri returns to his camer where he chooses teh mat to try to sleep

"Your father is an interesting man Marik." He says after he has eaten over 4 times as much as everybody else. "Tell your father he has my gratitude. I am going to sleep. Yori. Be prepare to leave for the humans tomorrow." He says and teleports into his room. He climbs into his hammock and goes to sleep.

Yori watched as he left the tadle and descended into the floor. She continued to eat the remaining food on her plate and set he utensils on it. Her mind wandered and she pondered over things. She caught herself staring off into the jungle and looked back at the group.

There's just Marik and the much smaller Yori seating a few feet away. Marik thanked Mordecai for his kindness and compliments and watched as he disappeared. "My father was very happy when he left. Lately he had grown bored of much, besides Pandora, b/c nothing ever surprised him anymore. He seems brighter now, but I don't know how long that will last. Thank you though. I thank all of you." Marik bows his head and puts his hand over his heart, which is on the right side of his chest.

Marik gets up, enjoying the breeze over all his body, and returned to his quarters, leaving Yori by herself up there.

She watches Entari walk off after Father and Mordecai shortly after. She nodded in understanding. "I must also express my thanks for this meal Marik," she said as he rose to leave. She watched as he put his hand over his heart on the right. ~His heart is on the right like me.~ *"Goodnight." she said with a slight nod and watched him walk off. She got up and made her way to her chambers down the long passageway. She arrived, shutting the door behind her and then peeled off her suit before grabbing her computer from her pack and lying down in her hammock. It was not bizarre for her to not want to retire to sleep at such a late hour, Pandora's low gravity compared to Vulcan's high gravity gave her high indurance on such a planet plus the excitement could not go with out being documented. She began a travel log: Star date 2154.32. She spent many hours typing the days events, her new experiences and thoughts. She logged off and gazed up Polythemus as she struggled to fall asleep, the thought of her emotions breaking free of her control disturbed her.*

Unable to get any sleep he gets up and walks up and down the halls wondering about this strange planet.

Marik wakes up early the next morning after a hard night's sleep. He rubs the sleep out of his eyes and lies in his hammock for about half an hour. Finally deciding to get up, he hops out of the hammock that's suspended 35ft in the air underneath the lowest branch. His body's stiff so he begins the practice of loosening up his muscles with a series of strectches which eventually turn to a bit of yoga. Satisfied with the relaxness of his body, Marik heads to the pool that is now filled with the cold morning water. He sticks one foot in and sighs, the cool water sending chill bumps throughout his body. He wades in to waist deep and begins splashing his body with the water while he contemplates the day's agenda.

Mordecai walks up and down the halls all night awaiting everyone to wake up.

Yori waked up after a few hours of sleep as the sun shined on her face. She blinked a few times and wiped her eyes, slowly getting up from the hammock. She walked toward the pool of water and dipped her hand in. The water was cold. She lowered herself in and began washing her hair under the tall waterfall. After washing she put her suit back on and gathered her computer and pack.

Marik finishes his bath and puts his armor back on. He walks to his jetpack and finds it repaired. He father had fixed it and made a few modifications to the exterior so the core wouldn't be exposed so badly. He attaches it to his back and tests out the wings. The mechanial wings flap autonomously and respond with all green lights. He looks at his flamethrower and after much thinking, decides to not take it this time. With everything ready, he walks out his door and on down the hall. There he meets with Mordecai.

[Rambo Navi]

"Marik." Mordecai says as he continues pacing the hallway.

[Druless]

"You are up early, Mordecai." Marik sees in his eyes and his body movement that he hasn't slept long. "Trouble sleeping?"
They continue to walk down the hall.

[Rambo Navi]

"I did not sleep. I was not tired. I have been walking all night."

[BlueCat]

Yori slung her pack over her shoulder and walked out her door and down the long hallway. She looked down it and saw Marik and Mordecai speaking, heading in the opposite direction. She began walking toward them.

This time as they were walking, Marik sees Yori walking towards them. In an effort not to repeat last night, Marik steps to the side and lets her fall in step with them.
"Kaltxì, Yori. Did you sleep well enough?"

[BlueCat]

Yori walked beside them and looked up at Marik as he spoke. "I slept adequately. The hammocks were different sleeping in. But I managed."

[Rambo Navi]

"I have been thinking of our plan to identify the human allies. Marik I was thinking we all go along posing as a group of mercenaries. In your armor of course. You've had more experience with them than I have so any help would be appreciated."

[Druless]

"I wonder how Enteri faired. He should be up by now."
They walked on and met Enteri outside his room(OOC: I'm doing this so we can move on since he's not here. Hope that's alright.). "Morning, Enteri. You sleep well?"
"Rough," he replied.
They moved on to the chamber and Father was no where to be seen, but he had laid out a nice breakfast for the group.

"Breakfast? Your father is a generous man Marik."

"Yes, he has learned to be most graceful from Eywa a long time ago. They have learned alot from each other. Now as you were saying, only thing wrong with your plan, Mordecai. None of the mercenaries are almost 10ft tall with a tail and a 5ft ponytail."

"Believe me. People hire mercenaries who look like they know what they're doing. I look human now but wait until you see my transformation. You look tough. Yori looks highly intelligent. People respect that."

[BlueCat]

Yori took a seat near the group. "I was wondering the same thing Mordecai. That sounds like a wise plan." she said as she put a few things on her plate and cut them into small pieces as she ate.

[Rambo Navi]

Mordecai sits down and practically swallows everything he eats without giving much time for chewing.

[BlueCat]

"I can cover any thing that will display that I am Vulcan. I was thinking of finding a computer and seeing if any Vulcan/Human history was recorded."

[Druless]

"Just a few things I want to add. 1. I doubt these defectors are going to make their stance known to mercenaries. I can see humans being that stupid. 2. Yori, you'd be amazed by how different humans can look from one another. Many will just assume you had surgery for your ears, but if you can cover them, that'll be fine. 3. I can pose as an ordinary Na'vi to fool them."
Marik just takes his seat and begins eating a banana-fruit.

[Rambo Navi]

"Good point. Then we'll have to be vigilant. You said most of the defectors have puppet bodies made to look Na'vi. Yori is highly intelligent. She could pose as a scientist."

[BlueCat]

"Yes. That is very true... Maybe we can pose as members of there security bringing you in as prisoner?"

[Druless]

"No, the mercenaries do not take prisoners. It's impossible. The Na'vi will fight so ferociously that the only to touch one is to kill him/her."

[Rambo Navi]

"Well if anybody has any better idea on how to identify them without bringing a live Na'vi into the base or blowing it apart I'd love to hear it."

"Just one question I have. What do you suggest I do when I'm brought in?"
Marik looks at the three of them with a curious, questioning glance.
