This is an article that was posted on Geekologie, I've searched for it and I did not see it on the site so don't jump on me if it is. The original article can be found here (http://www.geekologie.com/2010/01/photoshop_how_to_turn_yourself.php).

This is a picture of Peter Ammentorp as a Na'vi (http://www.geekologie.com/2010/01/sure_why_not_learn_how_to_spea.php). He made the transformation using Photoshop (http://www.geekologie.com/2009/08/microsofts_questionable_photos.php) (I still prefer makeup (http://www.geekologie.com/2010/01/i_wanna_be_blue_navi_makeup_tu.php)). As you can see, he did a pretty good job. Don't get me wrong, I'd still bow and arrow the **** out of him and then try syncing with his dead body, but....I can't believe I just typed that. But you read it. You're the real sicko here.

Hit the jump for a video of the Na'vi-ing in action.

It's not really much of a tutorial because you can't see exactly what he's doing a lot of the time. We know he uses liquify and texurizer (at least, that's what it looked like to me), but that's about it.

Still, marvelous job!! :D

Im glad someone else thinks that, but it really is a fantastic job. Ive been playing around on it but ive been having a lot of trouble making it look somewhat natural haha. Hopefully in time though Ill get it, or when I find a really good tutorial :)
