Blu-ray Sales, November 15-21: Avatar Returns

According to data from Nielsen VideoScan, Avatar: Extended Collector's Edition was the top-selling title on Blu-ray during the week ended November 21, narrowly outselling A Christmas Carol. In overall packaged media, the places were reversed. The special edition re-release of James Cameron's epic got 50% of its sales from the Blu-ray version, a record for a day-and-date BD release without a bundled DVD copy.

I cant wait to watch the new release on Blu Ray, I hope it keeps up with strong sales through Christmas, and I have no doubt it will, even the people I know who arent really into Avatar love watching it on Blu Ray.

Awesome, I think it's even more impressive with the fact that the Avatar ECE costs more then other blu rays on that lists. Just shows once again that AVATAR RULES! :)
