Conan all the way. He's funnier, more charismatic, edgier, and his ability to make an interview with even the most boring guest interesting put him way above Leno, IMO.

Says NBC is retarded to me. Leno is gettin old and will likely retire soon. Now who's gonna replace him. Plus the fact that Conan is much better than Leno.
